      Hi Christine
I do not take any 'chemical' supplements! I try hard to follow a balanced Mediterranean diet. I don't buy any precooked food and endeavour to cook meals from scratch.
I have read that the supplements industry is making a vast fortune by convincing us that we need to pill pop to stay healthy! Many of the vitamins simple pass through the body without providing any benefits!
      I'm fit, I'm active and I'm happy!

@@lindatomlinson8126 I am so pleased Linda! I suspect you are right about most vitamins - multii-vitamins especially. The quality, and the dose of supplements needs to be suited to your own particular needs in order to be beneficial. Unfortunately, we cannot get enough e.g. vitamin d from our food or even from the sun especially when we protect ourselves with sunscreen (which of course we should) I think we need to avoid throwing the baby out with bathwater as it were and tailor supplementation to our personal needs. You are clearly doing the right things for you if you are fit, active and happy. Brilliant.

I am saying No.... usually blind, can't walk, can't hear.....kind of miserable. I am in NMN , transresveratol, Fisetin, Spermidine., Urolithin A..so I feel better with pain issues.

@@lindatomlinson8126Vitamins wash through the body because we all eat fats and even olive oil blocks vitamin absorption . Our blood is too fatty and it costs the cells so little to No absorption.

@@01maggie Hi there and welcome. I hear you Maggie and totally understand. I can see you have done your own thorough research by the supplements you are taking - these are cutting edge supplements researched by the world's most renowned scientists (not touted by the vitamin supplement industry). If these supplements are helping to keep you somewhat free from pain and, therefore, give you a better quality of life - keep doing what you are doing. Thank you so much for your comments I appreciate your taking the time. Keep watching and stay well :)

Another fabulous informative video Christine - Thank you. I’m taking Hyaluronic Acid, the Vit D with Magnesium & K2. I also take Omega 3 and a few other supplements to support my joint health (glucosamine, turmeric & collagen) I’m very interested in the supplements you have mentioned NR in particular but was a little confused as you didn’t mention the NAR at the end of your video. Maybe I was a little confused and will watch again 😇. I too would love to live to 120 as long as I was fit and healthy. 🤭😁

Hi Susan - thanks for sharing your supplements - Do let us know about any obvious benefits you feel from your protocol. You can join our virtual dinner party when we get to 120! I am not quite sure what you mean about not mentioning NR LOL (I will watch it through myself!) Anyhoo - just ask any questions you have and I will answer. Thanks again and here's to happy healthy longevity!
