99% of sport riders SAY they can ride, these guys PROVE it.
Photographed on the exit of the bottom of Barregarrow in 2022, facing the riders coming through the dip, whilst it looks horrendous from behind its actually not as scary facing them head on as the bike bottoms out in the dip. Top of Barregarrow is another matter. Makes the hairs on the back of your neck stand on end as they exit the corner on the brow of the hill with the rear wheel drifting, wheelie towards you while manhandling the bike towards the centre of the road. 💪
This race is the ultimate race in my opinion. No race on earth as exhilarating like this. It’s a suicidal race, almost racing against death. Those riders are like really flying round the corners.

I have always been under the impression that Kenny Roberts invented a new rear suspension to stop the wobble after the jumps and putting the power on when straightening up.

Done it last year and it was more amazing than I could tell you 😍 I don’t like the sound of the 4 strokes even though they probably will take over one day 😢 but just go and see it and you will remember it forever
