High court directs crime branch to register FIR in Fr. Bismarque case as murder

Victory has embraced the supporters of Father Bismarque as the High Court directed the crime branch to register a first information report in Father Bismarque Dias death case as a murder. Social Activist Sudip Dalvi stated this step as a great slap on the face of Laxmikant Parsekar, Umesh Gaonkar, Karthik Kashyap and Inspector Scenary of Old Goa.
