- How To FIX iPhone Speaker Problems & NO SOUND! In this video, I show you how to fix the iPhone speaker problem that is causing no sound.
Some of the symptoms you may be having is that the iPhone will ring with sound, but there will be no audio on the speakers. Below are some of the fixes in this video.
- Restart iPhone
- Clean charging port and headphone jack
- Press speaker grill
- Remove moisture from iPhone
- Disconnect Bluetooth devices
- Insert and remove headphones
- Toggle aeroplane mode on and off
- Put phone in bag of rice
- Plus many more!

Pressing technique work for me thank you soo much man at first I pressed it about for 20 sec which doesnt work but later i pressed it soo hard for almost 1 minuets it worked✌️

I had to do a phone reset. I was hesitant doing that but I did and it worked. Only thing I had to do is reset all my sounds on my phone such as text sounds and ringer on my phone. Thanks for the helpful info. While I was at it I ended up cleaning all my speakers which probably should be cleaned occasionally.

@@Roger-ob2ft you hold the button on the side. Like not the volume button but the one that turns the phone off. Long press it, so hold it down and then you’ll see a “turn off” thing turn up

The speaker on the top is the only working speaker the bottom speaker on the right doesn’t work

My iPhone 11 was like that you need to delete some apps and clear space on your phone because your storage is full or almost full and the more space you have the louder your phone is

I then tried the reset with someone else and it didnt work after having done that process. Then I found you and listened, and tried the hairdryer. Amazing! I am thrilled! Thanks Lewis, you saved the day for me! The pressing above the 'speakers' did the trick for me. What I did was to play a song, and started pressing above the speakers and viola, the song started playing out blaring through the speakers! You saved me a trip to the local repair shop and some money!
I have an iPhone 8, all the sound is coming from the ear speaker at the top of the phone. I have done, redone and tried all of these things over again with no results. Do you have any ideas about this specific sort of issue?

A hard reboot fixed my girlfriends Iphone6. The ringer button, prior to the hard reboot, said headphones on or off rather than ringer silent or on. Go figure! Great Video and my girlfriend know thinks I'm a Genius for fixing her phone. I'll take the applause :)

When I try and call someone it’s doesn’t work auto decline because I have to connect it to a Bluetooth speaker or headphones that don’t go into my Jack

Thanks! Almost give up! This is what worked for me. I cleaned the holes of the speakers with a needle and a toothbrush, when I turn on my iphone the sound was back!

The pressing tip worked. It’s working again. My iPhone took the smallest of the falls and the speakers died. Pressed it hard for about 20 seconds and it worked. Thanks!

I tried all of these. Nothing worked! My sound only plays through the ear speaker. I saw on RUclips that it’s due to a corrupted app. How do I determine which app is corrupted?

Honestly, thank you so much!!! I went to the Apple Store after I had tried to get my phone back for multiple hours. They said they couldn't fix it and that I would have to pay over 400 € to replace the phone. I was already scraping together the money (I'm a student) when I put it in the freezer again and slapped it a bit. After that, it was back in the running. It went back to boot loop two more times, but the freezer helped every time. Who knew? :)

I have an iPhone 8 Plus which is water resistant. I tried every step and nothing worked. I couldn’t hear anyone when they called or any music. I had to use head phones. I had a feeling that my children may have dropped it in a puddle outside so long story short I decided to wash it underwater.. that did the trick. Idk if there was some muck that was caked around the speaker or what. I didn’t see anything come out but it did work beautifully. I only recommend if your phone is water resistant.

Just a tip on the phone in rice, that can actually cause more problems from the grains getting stuck. I faster and safer method is to drop it in a bag with several of those package silicone bags that everyone just throws away. Those are designed to absorb moisture in the air around it and is why they are used in packaging

Guys I have the 7 plus and was having the same problem. The hard restart worked for me. In my case I pressed and hold the power and volume down button until the phone turned off and the apple logo showed up

one of the speakers on the bottom of my phone works and the other doesn’t. And the speaker on the front doesn’t work either smh
Go to settings and go to accessibility and scroll down to audio/visual n balance it in the middle and u should be able to hear from both sides

Luckily I had removed security screws on bottom before for a battery replcement and lost them somehow. Just quick reconnect of bottom flex cable fixed for me. thanks for the advice man
