I love you guys! Especially Satoshi's humorous edge. I look forward to your post things all the time it's usually when I first look for... I am half Japanese and just love everything you show your visiting different parts of the country and stuff like that we hosted students throughout my life and I am in my 60s now so my exposure has been somewhat limited even though my mother did travel back-and-forth to Japan all the time. I just want you to know that I do love watching you both and look forward to any of your posts thank you thank you thank you domatigato!

We love tonkatsu sando!! I often make it for my daughter's lunch. I always make a stock of the tonkatsu by freezing some after coating it with panko. When you want to use the tonkatsu just put the frozen piece in oil and heat and fry until golden brown and cooked through.

Thank you very much for the recipe, it looks delicous, I cannot wait to try making it!!! Just one question, some time ago I made tonkatsu sauce like you show on the video and it tasted like ketchup with a touch of spices, more deep flavoured, however, I found real tonkatsu sauce from the bulldog brand and it is soooo dark and tastes almost exactly like worcestershire sauce (strong spice flavour) and nothing like the homemade one which I loved, it is normal? It the regular japanese tonkatsu sauce the dark heavy spice-y one?

    • @tabieatsrecipes4886
