And the people who live in those houses in the Cotswolds and have their homes in the British passports, how cool is that!
PS: it seems that rooms in Britain often have warm toned colours, I hadn't realized until now the reason might be to give an illusion of warmth, because the weather is colder. In my country we gravitate more towards cooler toned colours, like icy blue and cool greens, even pearl grey now that's in style, although an off-white or light beige is still a safe go to here and the vibe of the room can be changed by changing fabrics anyway.

It's an asmr video...
It is his idea of speaking ‘posh’. Note how his speech has changed over episodes. Sounds affected, mainly impressing Americans.
@@58christiansful I personally don't hear any difference since he started making videos, and I don't think there is anything wrong with people toning down their regional accents if they want to. He is also a person who spent a reaonable amount of time living overseas, speaking in a clearer, more precise way often comes naturally when spending time with people who do not share your first language, and can be very beneficial for communication.
