That is awesome an old bootlegger hidden cabinet. I love the interior light. Thanks again for the video.

I enjoyed the project and the video in general. Two observations: 1. You need some form of outfeed support! Things got tippy a few times. 2. Sawing off those dowels with the table saw was quite sketchy! Not sure if yours is large enough but wouldn't your band saw work and be safer?

Thanks very much. I am saving my pennies for a proper cabinet saw that has a bigger work surface in general. And as for the dowels, unfortunately the throat on that little bandsaw wouldn't let me trim the dowels down, I have picked up a flush trim saw since filming, but unfortunately it was late at night at the time and just wanted to get a little more work done. But thanks for checking it out, and appreciate the feedback

Nice build but your lack of table saw safety is amazing.

Sometimes I just don't have the right tools for the job, so you gotta do what you gotta do, but haven't lost a finger yet!

Love it mate! I prefer bourbon 🥃 but you got some decent single malt right there 👊🏻

Lovely cabinet for some lovely single malts. Both personal favourites of mine. You have a new subscriber here in the UK. Look forward to the next video

That's really cool! Is the cabinet also white oak? I know you said the dowels were but I don't recall you mentioning the rest of the cabinet.

Thanks man, and the cabinet is made from Tasmanian oak or Vic Ash is what we call it here 👍 thanks for checking it out!

😂 I’ll take it, if I could just get a sub for every mistake….. I’d be a successful guy 😂 thanks for checking it out!
