I’m actually scared about this, because one, this is only going to bring more negativity towards the project sekai fandom as the Project SEKAI community already has so much negativity surrounding it, being dubbed as the ‘9/11 of the VOCALOID community’. Another is that this is going to make the commentary channels go absolutely crazy, especially if they have never been in this community so this would be their first exposure to this fandom, not knowing it was never meant to be like this. This would probably result in bullying and shit being thrown at people who never deserved it in the first place, not that anyone deserves to be harassed or something. Finally, I absolutely HATE it when people misinterpret my favourite characters cause it pisses me off so much for some reason (except if it’s a friend and we’re doing those what do you think about [___] character things.). I don’t know, I just really hope these farms realise there isn’t actually many kids in this community who would be interested in this and once they realise that, this content would slowly disappear.

i think it's worth noting that project sekai has gotten onto somewhat random places before, I've seen many screenshots on pinterest of those "yandere girlfriend kisses you goodnight" audio things with characters such as tsukasa, shizuku and (i think??) akito. plus I've seen clips of MSA videos with characters that look suspiciously similar to project sekai characters 🤔 however these might just be coincidences or heavy inspiration from the designs, it's never stated that it was meant to be those characters.
The MSA thing isn't inspiration, they know what fans want so they often use characters based of other characters from popular franchises to gain more attention lol i mean it works tho Also i remember when everyone started freaking out in 2022 whenever that one "tsundere boyfriend comforts your depression" with akito as the thumbnail came out 😭

@@Diezel06 another thing as to why I'm so concerned is because things like this are gonna get younger children into project sekai, which will not only ruin the fandom's reputation but itll also do worse things since pjsk isn't even made for kids that young (even tho for some reason it's rated 9+ on the AppStore)

i think it's worth noting that project sekai has gotten onto somewhat random places before, I've seen many screenshots on pinterest of those "yandere girlfriend kisses you goodnight" audio things with characters such as tsukasa, shizuku and (i think??) akito. plus I've seen clips of MSA videos with characters that look suspiciously similar to project sekai characters 🤔 however these might just be coincidences or heavy inspiration from the designs, it's never stated that it was meant to be those characters.
The MSA thing isn't inspiration, they know what fans want so they often use characters based of other characters from popular franchises to gain more attention lol i mean it works tho
Also i remember when everyone started freaking out in 2022 whenever that one "tsundere boyfriend comforts your depression" with akito as the thumbnail came out 😭
