On the early cycles of ANTM every girl who got a weave or hair extensions said would say it is just hair I don't get what they are crying about. Adrianne on cycle 1, Sara cycle 2, Cassie cycle 3, Rebecca cycle 4, and Nicole cycle 5.
I think Lauren looks great with the new hair cut :-) Reminds me of the 20s. I had a similar length for quite a few years, but unfortuntely it did not look so good on me.
And, I think Lauren looks HOTTTTT with the shorter black bob cut! I LOVE it on her. I'm a woman with a VERY short haircut and whenever I watch these shows I'm always like, "I cut my hair every 4 weeks...these girls are doing it as a one-timer for the competition and get so emotional." Women put so much value on hair sometimes. And, I'm like, "It's just hair, it ain't the end of the world."
if you had long hair you obviously wouldn't think the same. it takes years to grow out your hair ,no once it's short of course it's easier to not get attached to it.

+Saadi Presley Realistically models aren't supposed to have crazy weaves etc. because they're supposed to execute the client's vision and having complicated hair might disrupt that. Eg. when they go on go-see's they're just supposed to have a ponytail and a white shirt etc. I agree that the US makeovers make for better TV though. I think they were trying to be more genuinely helpful here.
