I just discovered your channel! What is the name and location of this place? PLEASE! You mentioned a lot of places don’t have elevators….are they close to this place? That is what I am looking for
I’ll retire to there and Cambodia or Thailand in 12 months brother, I’m only 42 years old but I’ve divorced and we are selling everything now. Looking forward to eating great healthy food and few beers every second night, the good life
Do you keep any contacts of the building or detailble addresses? I would like to see in reality. The price are reasonable and the area seem quite even more interested by walking to My Khe beach 800m only. Thanks Nghĩa
Im coming on Sunday dont have much time to apartment hunt will be in Da Nang for three months. I saw you dont know the name but what about the address?
Do most apartments in Da Nang have hot running water (at least in the showers?) I have noticed some apartments with the big water heaters above the showers and some without so I'd love to know how frequent hot running water is in Da Nang apartments.
All the apartments in da nang ive seen have, i cant say for every one but i think hot water in showers are standard, may not have hot water at the kitchen sink etc
Yeah a lot are more than this price this is a rare find. This was a family members apartment so prob the local Vietnamese price not like the apartments you see advertised on expat fb groups etc
"It can reach up to 37 Celsius and you DO NOT want carpet in that kind of temperature." And now there's my awkward-looking ass in Texas (USA) with carpeted floors at 40 Celsius daily.
@@TheBritViet, we use air conditioning. Man, I grew up in a trailer up in Illinois (a much more northern state) and it would get to 37C in the summers but that trailer also had carpeted floors. I guess I'm just used to it. But then, as a kiddo, I would sleep through the hottest parts of the day during summer vacation. They say a habit of sleeping through the heat is why siesta time became popular in Spain/Mexico/et al. I totally get it, for sure.
@@h3lblad3 I think you are more acclimatised to hot weather than me! the UK is mostly cool and even 20c plus people in the UK think this is hot.. although last week broke 40c (hottest ever recorded in UK!) When in Vietnam though, locals tend to siesta around 12-2 as well, and I would be the only crazy person walking around the neighbourhood at this time! A few weeks and I realised why.. and I needed those naps.
Hi Eric, it doesnt really have a name as was an apartment found randomly advertised locally on street posters as opposed to a big chain block that may have own website or use Fb groups etc
In London or good cities you get clean drink water that you dont get cancer and all food that you eat in Vietnam they make them with unclean water therefore those food in long run would cause cancer. In London or good big cities in Europe or USA if you have job you get a good salary specially if you are educated in any field . any place has downside and upside . if you are homeless yes Danang is a good option
That’s like $150/months today. What a simpler and better way to live life
Very informative one you made. Make more content about the similar apartments in other areas.
