I cannot believe this video doesn’t have more views/likes/comments. I’ve been struggling to get more leverage on my release for over a year now. I’d seen and tried everything. Watched this video, tried it once, boom! There it is! Now I’ll have to work to incorporate it in my usual approach but I know what I have to work on now. Thank you so much for the vid, keep up the great content!!
Very helpful advise. Been working on straightening up my chest over the past couple of months. I never had great leverage and the ball would not release from my thumb when I bent over. The adjustment gave me new release leverage and I can now feel the different hand options at the bottom. Also accuracy went up. Went from 160 to 185 average. Thanks for the vid!
Knee damage preventing me from bending on approach/release and I want to begin bowling again after 20 year hiatus. Any ideas? There are essentially zero RUclips vids on bowling with a straight knee/no slide.
I know this comment is a bit older, but figured would still give an answer. You may want to look at trying to loft the ball down the lane, similar to how Wes Mallot did recently in Tournament of Champions.
Thank you very much I struggle with this issue…I’m going to practice this.🤙🏽😁

This is what I'm having to work on.
Just ordered the new Zenith from Brunswick from bowlerx. You must review this ball. So pumped!
What I want to know is how do you roll the ball without making much noise? No matter how low I get my ball makes a loud thud when it hits the lane
TY
OMG I pulled a muscle on my the back of my left leg TWICE...I can't slide like I used to.... all contorted and stuff. Please help. What do I do?

I guess if you are in your seventies and can't bend your knees very well you are out of luck; then what.
My exact question. I'm in my early 50's, but have a bad left knee, which is my plant leg.
