Once daily helped for me and learning to eat more mindfully and intuitively (eat when hungry, eat 'till satisfied or almost, do not punish yourself if you eat a little more than that... especially if you had no snacks, you will likely eat more and maybe next meal you won't be that hungry.) Follow the Propher's advice to have one third water, one third food, one third air (do not eat 'till you can't breathe!) Stop and check while eating, are you feeling full already? When i listen roqyah. My chest shaken frequently i feel little pain symptoms in joints. If i close eyes i saw unique images so what is this all can tell me.? I feel somebody watching me also always?
