it depends but mostly anxiety comes from shaytan. no need to fear shaytan but fear Allah swt only he gives shifa and full protection against evil jinns.
I have done gosul with ruqiya water also drank a lot of it. I have read 3 kuls, ayatul kursi, surah fatiha, last 2 ayats of surah baqarah, the 3 duas( aujubi kalimaat allahittammati). Also, I have read the verses of sihr from the Quran app. But still I can feel movement in all parts of my body. Especially in the legs. It is similar to the feeling of crawling all round the body. Something like pulse, but all over the body ( most in the knees) Please Help!

While listening ruqyah i experienced sleep paralysis..then i slept again and in dream i saw a lizard then a lot of rats tails and a rat and cat. Whenever i listen ruqiyah at night ..in dream i always saw lizards..some times i feel something walking on my body..kindly guide me. Then we hade a raqiy at home and the ruqyi gave me some water to drink then i did not think nothing of it, but after i swollod the water my body started to hurt right behinde my heart and it was like relly sharp pain, and after that he read some quran at first i did not think that was nothing but then i startet to swett and cry and my bode startet to chacke. but long story short after the raqi went my symtoms startet to come back and now im at where i startet. what should i do, i allways get wassas about not belving in islam, but i do the i have like night mares every night and sleep probles, at school i cant study cuz, i get scarde and paints over my body heart head shoclder every thing

When listening to this ruqyah I feel something moving in my abdomen,I felt asleep and I dreamt I saw something like a basket on a big tree,something told me in the dream that ,that was magic,as I continued to listen to the Rukyah the basket felt from the tree,there was a white paper with written on it and something like a mirror or phone I took those two items,immediately a certain woman just grabbed the white paper and mirror away from me.there I wake up.Sheikh what does this mean.

You can recite 7x Al Fatiha and all each of them 7x including Ayatul Kursi An naas Falaq and Iklas and blow 3 in water bottle..
