    This lady, Mimi Marth was mugged in her neighborhood back in the 1970's. She became a neighborhood watch person, and became one of the first people featured in the Scruff McDruff PSA back in 1981.

    Who was the provider of cellular service back then? AT&T ? Qwest? Whats the cost for cell phone service back then? Must be an arm and a leg. Grandma living on fixed income it's not fair
