I’ve only watched a few of your videos but from what I’ve seen is a gentleman that knows what he is doing and also is very knowledgeable, please accept my gratitude for the job that you are doing. 🙏
Instead of wiping the windows, try a Karcher Window Vac, much easier and faster . Im very impressed with your description of the van , it is so beautiful.
Yay 🤗🤩🥳good to see you Cameron 🎉beautiful vintage caravan. Such great attention to detail, love 💕 it. I’ve always been told old caravans are heavier to tow, thank you for correcting that theory. 🤗🥳
Great to see you back, Cameron. Love the Cheltenham. I remember these when we used to caravan in my childhood in the 70s and they always shouted quality. I am sure you will both enjoy it immensely.
My first caravan holiday was back in the early sixties on a site in swanage. The weather was sunny accept for a heavy storm one evening, yes the caravan leaked. nice to see you do not have the same problem.
It’s super cute, the interior is great, I actually love the white, it makes it feel light and airy and open inside. I can’t wait to see the renovation processes, before and afters!
Hello Cameran, beautiful caravan in a new resurrection, perfectly implemented by you. Better than new. Keep it up, we're waiting for new information. I'm Dieter from Germany and I own a Dutch "kip" 415QB, bought by my Grandfather 1971. In the foreseeable future I will be restoring a "kip K 550 from 1973, extremely rare version with a "lantern roof"💪🏻🛠️😃
Good to see you back on our devices Cameron !Thank you. Well what a find - it's absolutely glorious and I really love that cute tiny washroom window. 👌
What a little beauty Cameron! I love it! Are you going to the NEC next week, if yes which days? I'm just going on the Saturday, too much for me lately! Will come and say hi if I see you! xx
That's a nice restoration, looks quite cosy inside, although personally I wouldn't have chosen white upholstery, especially if you had been to some of the very muddy sites we went to years ago!! I noticed the van has a door on both sides, not seen that on a caravan before, I wonder if they did that so that the same layouts could be used for export models. Love the china cabinet with the glass doors, gives it a nice 'cottage' feel!
Lovely resto (mod) Cameron I've always loved the shape of Cheltenham caravans, & I do agree with you about painting of the furniture to as I find it spoils the whole theme of the van.
Really enjoyed this and what a gorgeous caravan. It reminded me of my old Castleton which I sadly let go. Haven’t been caravaning in years but I’m hoping to convince my partner 😊
Delightful video and takes me back to my parents and my early caravanning days: Cheltenham, Safari, Winchester, Carlight, Fairhome, Paladin, Eccles, so many lovely caravans of distinctive designs and hardly a white caravan about. Thanks for your videos, very entertaining, informative and interesting. 👍👍
Beautiful caravan mate its a credit to ya , yep the china cabinet is 💯👍 love it , probably install a range hood or an exhaust fan to suck the cooking steam out apart from that its fantastic mate , thanks 4 showing us 👍from Australia 🇦🇺 over here the old caravans are very popular in Australia there all getting restored and they getting towed by cars around their age group too , its great 😊 there are lots off clubs over here all over our country buddy the oldies will live on 4 ever
Fantastic job guys/Cameron, loving the jungle (more jungle than xmas wreath to me)/tropical paradise look. Never thought I'd hear someone say "bougie" in a caravan video... enjoyed the various jokes/comments too ;-) PS Think the washing up bowl divide is also a mainland Europe/UK thing i.e. us Brits are a bit "special" ;-) PPS Bet the axle being that far back also has a huge amount to do with the stability. Good luck with renovations phase 2.
Haha glad you enjoyed it, I make jokes to keep myself entertained, so happy that someone else appreciates them too 😂 From what I’ve seen in Europe, their washing up bowl game is stronger than ours; I first saw a washing up bowl with a built in drain plug in the Netherlands and they’ve just started to filter in here. Though I don’t think it’s just a given that everywhere has them. Thanks for the comments about the caravan, “jungle” was kind of what we were aiming for rather than “Christmas” 🤣 The far back axle helps, but the nose weight isn’t excessive. Cheltenham set the standard for how a caravan should tow back in their heyday.
@@NotAnotherWhiteBox I feel a non serious/trying to avoid excessive stereotypes pub quiz question of guess the nationality of this caravaner by the strength of their washing up bowl and socks + crocs/birks/sandals game ;-) I have a bowl, actually 2 (the tow van has a mini one) with plugs in… but my Greek husband is totally perplexed by the entire concept, thus we’ve never had one in the house. Our totally different approaches to washing up were quite noticeable eons ago, these days we’ve merged the best and worst of both cultures and bought a dishwasher for the house ;-)
😅 Sorry I didn’t have a leaking roof on mine luckily. Have you joined the Cheltenham Owners Club? Lots of helpful advice there and some restoration experts too ☺️
ive tried but they not replying. Have you ive sent two emails in the last month.. love my Nyala 1965 also have an old Sprite Alpine with a leaking roof ☔️

LOVE the cabinet with glass doors and that extraordinary design of the cutlery drawer , fantastic . as is the folding table .
It’s amazing, isn’t it? I wish modern caravans still had touches like these
Now that's a proper caravan.
Yay 🤗🤩🥳good to see you Cameron 🎉beautiful vintage caravan. Such great attention to detail, love 💕 it. I’ve always been told old caravans are heavier to tow, thank you for correcting that theory. 🤗🥳
Thank you ❤ Yes they’re amazingly light but well made. It must be the equipment that new caravans have that makes them so heavy 🤷🏻♀️
Congratulations, I really like your videos. The restoration of this trailer was incredible, you do a fantastic job on the restorations!
Thanks for the lovely comment 🥰 Hopefully there’s a few more videos like this to come!
Lovely caravan.
Love the shape I remember seeing them on the road in the mid 60’s.❤

I love the white covers . The work tops work well too. Great work
Such a beautiful caravan! Thanks for sharing!!!
Fabulous presentation. Yet more reason for me to abandon terrestrial tv. Well done.
So much character and so much nicer than a new caravan. Well done👍🏻👍🏻
These look old fashioned now, but my friends had one in the 1970's and it looked old fashioned then! It's definitely cool though.
Good to see you back on our devices Cameron !Thank you.

Great u tube channel for motivation to get out there and do one of my own. Thanks Cameron 😊
I have a very good condition 1995 Sprite Europa 450 EB. Brilliant and Very cosy.
Beautiful well done mate
I think i was a little surprised to see the same layout that one sees in modern vans with the cabinet in the middle of the sofas.
The rear lights are from a 1959 Hillman Minx , and the hubcaps are from an Arrow series Humber Sceptre .🤓🤓👍
I have a cheltenham Nyala with leaking roof, please give advice.. 😅..
