I am an undergraduate student. I remember 1,2 years back searching for stock market basics.Nothing was interesting. Now i found gold.lectures are crystal clear and to the point.I have watched the two videos back to back but now i feel sad i could find only two in the series. Please upload all the videos of basics of stock market mam if possible. 😅
mashallah u r so cool CA and u have just changed my way of viewing at CAs,when i m listening to your lectures i feel as if i must have joined ur classes instead of joining engineering, lots of love from Pakistan
Maam.. firstly I need to thank you for introducing me to the financial world through your wonderful videos. Now, to understand the market clinically I want to know much about other financial instruments. Kindly make a video on 1.futures and options 2. Intraday trading. Thank you in advance
I wanna say you one thing maam whenever i think end of the day that I wasted the day i just go and watch your video then i feel i learned something new and i prepared one separate book for your lecture and it's my asset.. thank you so much Ma'am 🙏
Mam; please, make one video on books and literature related to the investment and personal finance. For the people who want to learn extra in those fields.
Ma'am you are clever that attract audience from all over India... I liked you responding with "Vanakkam"😄 I'm a beginner to stock market with just a few days of "observing some stocks i bought" and "watching your videos" experience. You are doing a great job😁
Mam your videos are like glittering pearls in the ocean called stock market... really very impressive ... thank you soo much for your valuable sessios mam ...
Madam i am totally new to share market so what will be your advice for a 18 year old student who wants to start investing and what type of shares you prefer.. . Waiting for reply mam. .. Thank you.
comes from abhi and niyu's new youtube channel they recomended you channel, you content is great and very easy to understand great work apriciated 🔥🔥🔥🔥❤❤👍👍👍
Another concept greatly explained!!!! I just have a question. I read that according to SEBI guidlines, if an IPO gets undersubscribed and does not receive a subscription equivalent to 90% of the base issue size on the date of closure of the issue, it has to refund all the money it received back to the investors. Is this information correct? If yes, then what happens if the percentage is anywhere between 90-99%? And what will happen to the stocks that were not subscribed? Thanks again 😀
Hi Rachana, good afternoon. I must say I am late in listening to your classes as I started watching your videos on Stock Market only from October 2020. When I compare my knowledge with pre-October 2020 and post-October 2020 till today at this moment, there is a rapid improvement. I was a big zero in terms of stock market and now I can at least fearlessly analyze the B/S and P&L documents from annual report and can come at some conclusion. Though I am not a big investor, I observe and buy stock only less than 10 numbers if I feel a company is good in fundamental. Also, I used to go for shares with less than 200/-. I am not sure how to communicate as I feel this video is the best to do that. If possible, can you please do a video on IRFC IPO? Also, one thing I decided, I encourage all students to watch these videos as most of the students are with 0 knowledge on stock and stock market. Once again a big thanks for all your efforts! Good luck and wishing you a bright future.
If IPO is oversubscribed the how come the listing price is different than the IPO price. Let's say Ujjivan Bank IPO was for Rs 36/37 and it was subscribed 166 times, then on the day of listing it opened at 58. What caused the inflation in the price?
IPO was subscribed 166 times means there was lot of demand for that share and that demand caused the hike in listing price. People who did not get that share in IPO will rush to market to get that share which will cause the rise in price
IT'S NOT INFLATION IN PRICE BUT A CHANCE TO BUY IT IN SHARE MARKET AFTER T IPO PROCESS FROM T PEOPLE TO WHOM SHARES WERE ALLOTED AT A HIGHER PRICE PAID BY PEOPLE WHO DIDN'T GET ALLOTMENT AFTER THEIR IPO APPLICATION GOT REJECTED BY NON ALLOTMENT !
Rachna ji! I never subscribed any channel watching n no of videos! U know having a wifi installed how much videos I could watch...I have subscribed ur channe first time on u-tube reson being the way u talk is very expresive! I like it a lot...
#askrachanashow 1) Is it legally allowed to bid for IPO with more than one demat account to maximise probability of allotment? if yes, with how many demat accounts I can bid/apply? 2) What about iOS lectures availability? Will it take more time, I’m waiting! Thanks for sharing knowledge with beginners like me, sorry for grammar mistakes(if any).
#AskRachanaShow Please make a follow up video on IPO,I have several doubts like 1) how the allotement happens depending upon retail inverstors vs HNI ? 2) What is the procedure of buying IPO slots ? Same as buying shares in NSE ?
Gradually increase a lot of respect for you. Explained like a childhood teacher. Explanation with joy. Thanks mam. Surely I will invest to your company through ipo. Ha ha...
While buying GKB ophthalmic share ,it is increasing and executed. While selling it is reduced and getting executed. So I am always getting loss. Need to understand the type of share. For example when I see price as 68 and buy it. While checking executed price it is 72. While selling it I see price as 72. But it is getting executed at 68 price. So we will get always loss with GKB ophthalmics share

Hello mam, Regarding the explanation you gave for Bookbuilding type of issue. IRCTC has got less valuation from the so called bookbuilding consultant and offered at very low IPO price 310/- per share. Just to share, somewhere I read. But good for the subscribers who got the IPO shares.
Hi mam, When share price fluctuates, What happens to fund which is raised by company, I mean , if fund also fluctuates then how any company depend on share .?????
