I always like to eat them slowly one at a time and pick each one out individually and examine the pomegranate as I go because it looks so neat. Sometimes I'll open a huge hunk and bite several out at a time and it reminds me of some fruity corn when I do that. Haha. But next time I'm going to pick them all out and put them in a bowl and take a big spoonful because of you. I love how juicy they are.

I just have to say this again this is one of the best fruits I have ever eaten in my life and they are 2 for 5 dollars in Manhattan at fruit stands not only that I'm prediabetic and my body reacts to sugar as if I'm a advanced diabetic even some fruits get to me but not this one and as a matter of fact the NIH national institute of health states that this actually helps bring down blood sugar due to its powerful antioxidants and other properties it's also used in the nutritional formulas of a brand called life extension and they only use things that actually have science and research behind it I know it's not best for anyone to over do fruit juice which I don't buy but I recently read that this fruit juice is very helpful for diabetics but don't go overboard so ill be buying the juice but not from concentrate I read all this information on pomegranate for years but yet just bought some two weeks ago and got addicted love eating them in bed while watching videos man that juice is so juicy from the seeds and a very special deliciousness this is a special fruit it really stands out

    Even easier way--
Cut just the top off, then you can see the sections. Section it by cutting down. The rest is the same as shown here (use the bowl to collect the pulp). Have a bowl under the fruit when you cut the top, to catch any juice that escapes.

You can eat the whole seed but it's crunchy so some people just suck the pulp off of them!
