Wonderful video, thank you! I have the Aula75 and bought the Gateron Milky Yellow. Love the sound. I'm trying to get used to typing knowing I won't be making crazy sound again. I type a little reservedly, then realise, the sound is perfect. Must break that habit!
Oh yea I'm subbing right now. People buy these keyboards and switches from the link in his description, let's support him people he deserves it. I'm about to right now
Great comparison, I would want something a little louder as that board is pretty muted. Crazy that the Akko Yellows didn't seem very loud but part of it is also the thick PBT caps. I wonder what some GMK and Gateron Baby Ks would sound like on it or some HMX Xinhai with ABS caps as well. That and the F87 are such great boards!
I am using this keyboard with ice vein switch , in real it sounds creamy thock not as per the video, it is so amazing I don't think you can look for any other switches.
Gateron Milky Yellow sounds and feel great but it has by far the worse wobble I've ever experienced specially when bottoming out. I guess it doesn't affect typing too much but for gaming or any situation where you must keep a key pressed for some time the lack of stability is not good...
Now this is the video what i was looking for, thanks for it, some similar switches but hard to choose on to buy, now i know that akko cream yellow are my favorite
This is just the right vide for me, I think I’m buying that gateron yellow😱 sounds soo good on aula, can you do vertex v1 and gateron oil king? Thankss btw
I'm currently having a GMMK 2 with some Gateron Milky Yellows just because so many switches started having issues in the keyboard so I just swapped the whole set. Now I'm really looking into this keyboard especially for those stabilizers, in the GMMK 2 they are quite bad and rattling. Great video!
I actually want to order the black one but it only comes w/ crescent switches which I don't prefer over ice veins or reapers. The day i'll order an aula 75, the gateron milky yellows are gonna be choice, primarily because i adore any keyboard that's thock
@@MechWhisper oh since you're here do they wobble much ? and is there any interference ? Also I'd like to thank you because of how much work you put on your channel keep it up🤍
Love your videos, man. Could you please try Tecsee Strawberry Ice, KTT Hyacinth and Gateron Black Ink v2 switches on F75? Specially the Strawberry Ice's...
Hey bro, I loved the video! What's more creamier and deeper sounding, Gateron Milky Yellow Pros or MMD Princess V2 Linears? I'm planning to get them lubed and filmed and I'm having a hard time picking between these two. I hope you could help me out. Thanks!
Thanks, this really helped me in narrowing down my choices! Just wondering if you find the Vertex V1 more "thonky" or "less clacky" than the Gateron Milky Yellows (which imo is the most thonky/least clacky out of all the ones in this video) featured in this video?
The vertex v1 is a thocky/creamy type of switch imo. It has a louder bottom out sound compared to Gateron Milky Yellows, and it is lighter too (easier to press).
Hey bro! I just loved the video! Between Gateron Milky Yellow and Mmd Princess Purple, which you do you liked the most in the aula 75? I want a thocier sound in my keyboard than the Leobog Reapers but I don't know which one to choose. In both of you test the switches sounds pretty good. Can u help me? Thanks!
Thank you bro! I recommend the mmd princess v2 if you prefer a louder bottom out yet creamy sound, and the milky yellows if you prefer a softer bottom out sound. In terms of typing experience I prefer the mmd princess.
Creaminess: Gateron milky yellow > MMD princess = KTT Kang white (hand lubed) > KTT Kang white (stock) The milky yellows tend to be quieter, KTT Kang white feels a little too light for my liking but I like its sound when hand lubed. Mmd princess (53g) feels best for typing imo (and you can choose your spring weight).
Tbh I don’t have a favourite, every switch has something different about them. However there are some go-tos that immediately pop up in my mind when I want to build a keyboard with a certain sound profile. One example is the Gateron milky yellows, which I always recommend if you want a keyboard that is creamy and has a soft bottom-out sound. And if I want something that is nice to type on I would choose the z1 switch, etc.
hello, i cant decide between getting the aula f75 and the leobog hi75... whats your opinion on these 2 keebs? is there anything abt either of these boards that make it better than the other? im looking for a more creamy keeb so ill likely swap out the switches for milky yellows or vertex v1 anyway
It looks like the hi75 is more suitable for you, if getting the creamy sound is a priority for you because hi75 is built to be creamy out of the box imo. However note that the hi75 is not wireless. It’s aluminium which is also a plus if you ask me.
@@MechWhisper thanks for the reply. hi75 not being wireless is kind of a bummer... although i do think the f75 with GMY sounded pretty good in this video too so i might just get that? The Z1 switch is pretty nice and it's insanely cheap, coming from my first hand experience, also on AULA F75.

In terms of sound and feel, they are very similar. If you game, the graywood might be slightly better as it has a slightly lower actuation force.

Milky yellows are deeper, and quieter. If you prefer louder bottom out then choose mmd princess linears.
@@MechWhisper I have the Aula F75 with Leobog Reaper Axis switches. Is it worth switching to Gateron Milk Yellow Pro?
