As a former homeowner in Aliso Viejo, it’s still a relatively good deal compared to surrounding areas. Probably best suitable for retirees or young families and you gotta be comfortable with a certain conformity. Good access to freeways, nature areas and Laguna Beach.

Why are you providing misinformation? Aliso Viejo CA is not a cheap place to live in.
It is compared to a lot of cities around it.
