Thanks so much for this video! It’s spot on for beginners. Just made a spray arrangement for my Nans funeral tomorrow ❤ I’m so happy with it! Thank you!!!
@@sharondower during this pandemic i've learned so much to build my own small flower shop..and your videos are helping me a lot...greetings from Indonesia🙏
Could you give a list of the foliage names and the daisy type flowers you use for infilling? I don't hear well and didn't catch the names. I used to do a lot of floristry, but not for a long time now and am somewhat out of touch. I love your videos and find them very helpful, as I'm a bit rusty! Well done for being such a good teacher. Thank you.
the white flower is an Aster commonly known as September flower, and the foliage is myrtle, soft ruscus and leather leaf. There is always a list of flowers and foliage in the description box, if you need help
To make a smaller design. If you have a whole block, you'll need more foliage and flowers to cover it, then you'll end up with a visually heavy centre section. Large foam = large design, small foam = small design. Hope that helps 😃
@@sharondower thank you. I've just made a single ended spray for the funeral of my Nephew in law for tomorrow's funeral, and it's lovely, in white and purple. I found your video very helpful, after so many years away from floristry.

Perfect!! Ty
Thanks Anna, I'm glad you found it useful
Is that 1/2 block OASIS FOAM?
Yes it is
Why do you use a half block of foam rather than a whole block?
To make a smaller design. If you have a whole block, you'll need more foliage and flowers to cover it, then you'll end up with a visually heavy centre section. Large foam = large design, small foam = small design. Hope that helps 😃
