Interesting how culture impacts on healthcare. In my country we are advised to brush and floss after each meal, specially in the morning, as soon as we wake up. Actually, that is to just clean our tongue before we have the first meal. Yes, always clean our tongue. I can not have breakfast before brushing my teeth in the morning. Interesting!

As for the Bitvae, I remove the top to fill the water well and I am able to clean my all of my teeth without having to refill it!
