Sand with darker blue. Speaking of Fish and Chips, hubby and I on Monday ate at Long John Silvers. He gets two pieces of fish and I get two pieces of chicken. It’s a win-win for both of us 😊
Thank you for the Vote Miss Nancy! It is winning. Excited to get started on my Fish N Chips with everyone and love monochromatic monday. Now I have something to look forward to after work!!
Hi Tara! So much to say about this video! You are a hoot and I giggle and ooh and ahh with you! I enjoy your videos so very much. And I love the idea of stitching a book! I have the Autumn one as well, fall is my favorite. But I have other books too. So I'll pick one out and start getting ready for it. Woohoo! Also, my mom taught kindergarten for 30 years and I remember helping her label. Every. Year. I looked forward to helping her get her room ready. Great memories! Happy first day of school!
@@RenewingStitches you were a good daughter helping your mom. Forced my daughter to do the same! Love your channel and yes please stitch that book you know u will stay connected with!! Thanks so much for watching!!
Ohhhh …. So many great projects. I really like that Christmas in Blue pattern.. I’ve never seen that one before. I look forward to seeing your progress on that one!
Great to see you Tara. I like the Oaken with the dark blue. My Mom was from England and she used to make fish and chips. Then she would put the fries on a buttered piece of bread into a sandwich. It’s called a “chip butty” I hear people say that and bacon butty on British tv. lol.
Love your idea of stitch the book. I have the Sweet Land of Liberty one so that’s my selection. I vote for the dark thread for your Long dog. Enjoy the rest of your summer Tara.
I have the same Blackbird book and there are so many beautiful designs and I haven't stitched one! I'm in! I'll stitch the book with you. Love this idea.
Hi Tara .. another wonderful video! I love the idea of Stitch a Book for '25. Im not really into Blackbird, but I do have a couple books from Primrose Cottage. I have their 13 Spooky Smalls plus their 12 Monthly Minis. Not sure if I'd stitch all of the Spooky Smalls but I'll def join in with the 12 Monthly Minis. Sounds like fun .. & hopefully doable! 😊 Have a great week & happy stitching!
Stitch the book sounds like a fun project!! And your story about your Nan is so dear, how lovely you found a piece to commemorate her and your time together.
I am also working on Autumn at Hawk Run Hollow and am about where you are….except I did all of the borders before I started the top . I am also looking forward to that first block! And with the borders finished I can pick any block I am in the mood for. I will be watching your progress. Great video!
I'm totally on board for Stitch The Book 2025. I also can't wait to see what you end up choosing for Fish and Ships. After watching your options I may need to rethink mine! Glad we are not starting until 9/1 because I'm likely to change my mind multiple times before then. Patti
By the way I am now working on the Sewing Club book now! And would love to join you on either finishing Sewing Club or start another... probably Winds of Autumn because I have a birthday in November and Love the Season...Will be watching to follow you on starting this!! Love you, God Bless
I love the “stitch the book” idea. I have several BBD books and will looking through them to see what I’d like to do. I have almost stitched all of the charts in Sweet Liberty!
I totally missed that part, I mean I watched it, but for some reason I was like huh, maybe they're mermaids. It is sad as our world moves from the truth. I am glad though that we have many Christian athletes competing.
Absolutely LOVE the Stitch A Book idea!!!
