    5 cups of flour (600 gr).
    For the filling:
    2 tablespoons of oil (20 ml).
    2 onions.
    3 green peppers.
    2 red peppers.
    5 potatoes (boiled).
    Salt (6 gr).
    Red pepper powder (4 gr).
    Thyme (2 gr).
