i had this energy, visisible energy as a child: 6/7/8/9/10yrs old my body would vibrate,face and hands tense up tight, i wouldnt even realize id have to be made aware., and shamed at the same time.i was the total freak, they named it spazzing and i was a spaz..... , i couldnt control and as isaid, it ddnt go down it went to my arms hands and face. iddnteven realize iwas doing anymore after a while BUT very aware thatiwas being singled out . as soon asi couldself-direct my energy to somethingto drain i tmyself i did and it was quite a journey w/ an energy that allowed me to taste so much of the vastlydifferenent stages of this life. Today in conjunction with what ive been gainin here, ive first ever experienced the top of my pouring out and gently upward like a geyser in bright light not even expecting it nor ever putting much emphasis on the kundalini experience, in all truthfulness,probably bc i believed i was still far from it. what a beautiful beautiful thing ....could you even imagine that there's oneForce behind all of creation, we're 1 within that Force and given that gifted ability, while seemingly apart from that Force to shoot forth the energy of that Force fromthe tip of our heads, but best yet ,have it feel like it feels???? as i said in another comment somewhere around here, ,ur present in multiple of the recent synchronicities i got lately in case u like to know
I experienced sexual trauma at a very young age for years, and ever since I was diagnosed with a disease that shows as abscess in the genital area, I used to have so much shame since doctors and partners accused me of having STDs or even HIV for years...after I discovered this video it all made sense. I meditated and did all the steps and found myself crying and letting out all the pain from the sexual abuse, it has been 2 days ever since and my body is healing, the abscess is disappearing and I cannot believe it. To explain how it works simply too: Disease and abscess's and all things similar are a lot of the time manifestations of aversions to life experiences or traumas (memories we hide away from that get locked into our bodies in some way and then manifest as occurrences similar to what Ana experienced) By simply giving the affected bodily areas our neutral focused attention then they are given the opportunity to be released and resolved. This often involves an up-welling of emotional and physical experiences related to the original trauma. If this is done in a neutral non-judgmental way then healing is done. This is part of the magic of body scanning practices where our attention is moved neutrally throughout our body, releasing locked away traumas (big and small) as it goes. The more we do it the more we can release and heal. Hope that helps
For anyone else having doubt or fear. I have been practicing and integrating these practices and learning it intellectually for about 1 year now, and I've noticed major changes in my life in little time (while work full time/father of 1 as well) To anyone, be patient with yourself and lead with love & gentleness it's all a journey, not an end goal. Never give up. We are all worthy of peace. Also, it's best to learn the crown down chakra videos intellectually to get a better understanding of how all the chakras work together in a way. Also, take advantage of sound healing using frequencies while meditation it will definitely would speed up the process (can be overwhelming though) and subliminals if that drive to explore your inner depth is there. I had a spiritual awakening at a small body of water. I was suffering in a relationship, so one day I visited a local pond. While at the pond I witnessed these ducks so calm, just floating and flowing with life. It really made me self reflect and suddenly I understood that I was creating my reality through physical observations with my 5 senses. I would like to share a piece of information from ancient cultures in America 🤗 On ancient Toltec tradition inherited later to other mesoamerican cultures, dreaming with rain is a good sign because rain cleans the air, nourishes the earth allowing a fertile earth for seeds to grow, floodings and any water that stagnates and does not flow are trouble. Toltecs had really sophisticated knowledge on mastering the dream world, including lucid dreams and astral projections, they also knew about chakras and kundalini energy. 🙂

Aight. Last night i was preparing my self for AP, what happened is that ive been practising the Muladhara chakra 1st, and some yoga for it for 3 days and its working like a charm! My back pain is almost gone! Then other videos ive seen of prayers and how they manifest from your heart really is chilling! I get goose bumps all day! Now i lay my self to sleep and what happened i could control the dream, BUT THEY WERE MORE DETAILED and i already had those dreams! Those were the dreams i had some time before in my life. 3 parts of it to be exact.. Now the point is i always knew i sometimes dream the same dream and i gotta know more! Honestly, it amazes me that more people in our society do not see how much of a risk it is to not learn how to control their emotions, and discipline their mind (Like Snape said to Harry Potter lol). B/c what you talk about at the end is so true when people do not learn DBT Skills, do shadow work, self-work, engage in creative outlets, learn how to set healthy boundaries, and put in the work (And I know it is a lot but if I can go from being a polyphasic drug addict to being in control of my emotions and life then anybody can do the work b/c I'm just some guy on the internet). B/c your life is at stake lets say you have one bad day, aren't in control of these things, and you make one bad decision, it could land you in a world of trouble. I wonder if we all get a bit stuck in the sex chakra at times. I dislike the world *Sex* as it makes something beautiful into far less. If you are fortunate to have a lady or a guy that is willing to join you in a life time tantric/spiritual journey then you are truly blessed. I am married, but very much alone emotionally, but this pain has helped me on a solo spiritual journey, and helped me find yoga, mediation, emotional healing, and gratitude. I have not watched/listened/read any media. for many many years. I use too all the time,. Now everyday is a happy one for me. I have an internal joy. I am also careful in what I look at on the internet. I am not keen on the dogma, as I am a spiritual person and not a religious one. Keep it up, I do enjoy what you share with us.

So glad you brought up water in dreams. I’m perplexed by a dream last night. It started in a street festival environment. Initially the weather was perfect for the event. Then possibly an archetypal character of maybe the joker entered the scene and did something bizarre and slightly amusing. I’m unsure as to his relevance. Almost immediately after that, rain began to fall moderately. A short amount of time elapsed and flows of water began washing down streets. Increasing rapidly causing some people to lose their footing. I among others were chuckling though in real life this would not have been amusing. The water began flowing ever increasingly into waves and quickly began submerging the area. I ended up standing on top of a wire chain link fence. I was jumping up in down on top of the fence in water that was over my head laughing so hard I awakened from the dream laughing hysterically. It must have taken an half hour to stop laughing all the while having somewhat remorseful feelings since if this were really happening it would not be funny in the least. I’m pretty sure some would not have survived the event. Nonetheless I really enjoyed the nearly uncontrollable laughter. What the heck??????

Wonderful, thank you! I lost my partner to kidney cancer over four years ago and had to go through a lot of grieving. However, I have been brought up in a spiritual environment and my mother was a very good and natural clairvoyant. Two years ago I went to a brilliant clairvoyant and she brought through Ann, my partner. It was so astounding, but Ann said she never expected I would die when she did! She said I've lost all my joy of life and asked why have I stopped going out drinking coffee at cafes and enjoying the countryside enjoying myself with others? She said I was not balanced in life, but I've never really understood what she meant until I heard this video. I live like a monk and I have to be honest, I'm lazy and don't want to do anything. Now I'm 67 and I don't feel that I have much time left, is it too late for me to develop and do all this? Although I'm not disappointed or hate my physical experience I don't want to have to come back to the physical earth plain, will this help?
Hi Robbey, it's absolutely never too late, many start even older... the question is, would you rather begin the work now, or after death? As for coming back into another life, if you do come back it will because you want to... after death we are are usually shown things that will open our eyes and heart and motivate us to continue whatever is required of us.

Do a lot of meditation go a place a peaceful, tranquility do it in your time within your heart. Sit or lying down where your comfortable just do it an hour later on 1hrs and so on...It's best in nature where you can hear air while closing your eyes practicing to control your mind peacefullt. I am so sorry for your pain and loss. Oftentimes, and we all probably have heard of situations when a person transitions and their surviving spouse/mate dies several days, or months later. Sounds like you haven’t died a physical death but an emotional one. I’m a 60 yr old woman that left an abusive marriage, where both my husband and children took turns physically beating me. As adults, my children have apologized for how their Dad taught them to disrespect and abuse me. Moving on, they have sought out therapy- we all have. My point is that this is my cross this lifetime, having a dysfunctional family emotionally but economically all five of my children are doing extremely well buying and flipping houses and apartment buildings. three of them work for NASA like I did, one has two remote IT jobs earning 100k each, you get my point. In all of this, I could choose to be depressed and dejected. I walked out of the mansion and left my husband 14 years ago, and I still feel the pain of my destiny with him because of the children I gave birth too with him. You are not another person. You came to this plane by yourself, and you will certainly exist this matrix by yourself. I have learned to never lose myself in another person. My spirit/soul’s journey is a sacred journey; a dance with myself and the Divine. I know it’s hard and it hurts, but try not to identify yourself with people. You are not your deceased loved one. I am not my children. The death of a dear love one or the pain of the physical, mental and verbal abuse I sustained from my family is not who I am. Change is good. Let go of the past. Live in the moment of now and free yourself to enjoy life. I am joyfully moving to Belize. I’m gonna rent out my single family home in Maryland, take my annuities and retirement income and kayak and windsurf on a beach everyday. This will be my joy. I did not incarnate into this dimension to be destroyed, saddened, and shredded by any other persons negativity. Simarily, please don’t let the passing of your Dear Love, destroy or define your time here on the planet. I could feel and sense that you want to give up and I felt compelled to suggest that you be like a phoenix and arise out of the ashes of grief and continue on with your life because your life is for living- not rumination about the past, and the hand that you were dealt. This is so fun to learn about, I have had an "enlightenment" several times but have not been able to hold it for longer than a week, by hold I mean be able to easily go back and forth from spirit and logic and bridging the two, or the male + female as you say, or the oracle, or the observer. As a seeker, I suffer from wanting to leave my mark as a renaissance man. I have tried many times to leave my mark with all my soul, but I become the tree that falls with no one to listen. My full stream of logic and spirit does not get recognized, then I suffer over time again, and try to look for other ways to leave my mark. So I end up good at a lot of things and trying to create something that sticks to human society by using my universal truth of expression. I am only 25, I have great income, an amazing relationship where I always learn about myself and my partner, I have made good music, I have worked professionally as a computer engineer, I have been in some top level play for video games of different genres, I have competed in powerlifting and placed decently on a wilks score scale, I have gotten good grades with minimal study - just by concentrated understanding, I understood intuitively the most famous computer science problem P vs NP and that it is undefined, I have understood the cyclical nature of our universe through introspection, I have seen the many good omens and bad omens of my character and understood them - this even extends to my parents, now all I gotta do is tackle drawn art and get decent at an instrument - but i know i will do it with grace. The only problem is I get bored and burnt out eventually, which then pushes me to learn more to fill that void, I have just accepted that at this point and sit with my exhaustion. This is my fault but I need more time to understand so I can have a more genuine thirst of knowledge and creation. I have seen the patterns of spirituality, religion, and logic. I hope I can find my way as a renaissance man someday. One day it will be valuable to bridge the spirits with logic. One day people will realize a computer can never solve a human's suffering. This is why P VS NP is undefined, logic and circuit can never solve the Gödel gaps of physical existence. One day we will be guardians of the galaxy as humans.
Hey dude, I have a similar lust for knowledge and growth and all that juicy life stuff, and a similar history with being a chronic over-achiever. What you've mentioned here sounds like something I've been working through for the last couple of years, breaking through the attachment to "success", the idea that we have to prove ourselves and our worth through our learning and development. It sounds like you need to step back and fully relax, let yourself do nothing other than exactly what your heart needs for a period of time. Then you might find your learning and curiosity will lead down some easier paths with a lot more ease of flow. What you're here to give and provide for humanity will come out of you if you can let go and surrender to the process. Hope you get where you're going
Before I was a passive participant in my dreams. Lately, I seem to control to some extent, what happens in my dreams. Your astral projection teaching explains the change circumstances in my dreams.
On the subject of transcendental meditation it relation to during mantra ect. Reflecting on a aspect of our ego we want to purify, l suppose lm confused how to do that while remaining in my body and clear of thoughtform as learned to do from the first video. As l already know one of the behaviors that cause much suffering in my own life and others lm in relationships with , is my reactiveness and taking things personally. Transmuting this emotion imbalance is key for more peace in my life.

i had this energy, visisible energy as a child: 6/7/8/9/10yrs old my body would vibrate,face and hands tense up tight, i wouldnt even realize id have to be made aware., and shamed at the same time.i was the total freak, they named it spazzing and i was a spaz..... , i couldnt control and as isaid, it ddnt go down it went to my arms hands and face. iddnteven realize iwas doing anymore after a while BUT very aware thatiwas being singled out . as soon asi couldself-direct my energy to somethingto drain i tmyself i did and it was quite a journey w/ an energy that allowed me to taste so much of the vastlydifferenent stages of this life. Today in conjunction with what ive been gainin here, ive first ever experienced the top of my pouring out and gently upward like a geyser in bright light not even expecting it nor ever putting much emphasis on the kundalini experience, in all truthfulness,probably bc i believed i was still far from it. what a beautiful beautiful thing ....could you even imagine that there's oneForce behind all of creation, we're 1 within that Force and given that gifted ability, while seemingly apart from that Force to shoot forth the energy of that Force fromthe tip of our heads, but best yet ,have it feel like it feels???? as i said in another comment somewhere around here, ,ur present in multiple of the recent synchronicities i got lately in case u like to know

I experienced sexual trauma at a very young age for years, and ever since I was diagnosed with a disease that shows as abscess in the genital area, I used to have so much shame since doctors and partners accused me of having STDs or even HIV for years...after I discovered this video it all made sense. I meditated and did all the steps and found myself crying and letting out all the pain from the sexual abuse, it has been 2 days ever since and my body is healing, the abscess is disappearing and I cannot believe it. To explain how it works simply too: Disease and abscess's and all things similar are a lot of the time manifestations of aversions to life experiences or traumas (memories we hide away from that get locked into our bodies in some way and then manifest as occurrences similar to what Ana experienced) By simply giving the affected bodily areas our neutral focused attention then they are given the opportunity to be released and resolved. This often involves an up-welling of emotional and physical experiences related to the original trauma. If this is done in a neutral non-judgmental way then healing is done. This is part of the magic of body scanning practices where our attention is moved neutrally throughout our body, releasing locked away traumas (big and small) as it goes. The more we do it the more we can release and heal. Hope that helps

For anyone else having doubt or fear. I have been practicing and integrating these practices and learning it intellectually for about 1 year now, and I've noticed major changes in my life in little time (while work full time/father of 1 as well) To anyone, be patient with yourself and lead with love & gentleness it's all a journey, not an end goal. Never give up. We are all worthy of peace. Also, it's best to learn the crown down chakra videos intellectually to get a better understanding of how all the chakras work together in a way. Also, take advantage of sound healing using frequencies while meditation it will definitely would speed up the process (can be overwhelming though) and subliminals if that drive to explore your inner depth is there. Peaceful seeking and healing. You can do it. I believe in you. I know someone may need to hear that.

While at the pond I witnessed these ducks so calm, just floating and flowing with life. I would like to share a piece of information from ancient cultures in America 🤗 On ancient Toltec tradition inherited later to other mesoamerican cultures, dreaming with rain is a good sign because rain cleans the air, nourishes the earth allowing a fertile earth for seeds to grow, floodings and any water that stagnates and does not flow are trouble. Toltecs had really sophisticated knowledge on mastering the dream world, including lucid dreams and astral projections, they also knew about chakras and kundalini energy. 🙂

It was so frightening until the day I stopped trying to escape and summoned the courage to stay facing the images

Aight. Last night i was preparing my self for AP, what happened is that ive been practising the Muladhara chakra 1st, and some yoga for it for 3 days and its working like a charm! My back pain is almost gone! Then other videos ive seen of prayers and how they manifest from your heart really is chilling! I get goose bumps all day!
Now i lay my self to sleep and what happened i could control the dream, BUT THEY WERE MORE DETAILED and i already had those dreams! Those were the dreams i had some time before in my life. 3 parts of it to be exact.. Now the point is i always knew i sometimes dream the same dream and i gotta know more! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU
Id also like to add that i didnt figure out i was dreaming untill i woke up at 1:30 am, then 4am and at 4 am i realised, couldnt sleep anymore after that... also while i was chanting FA RA ON i had something like static energy visuals in front of me... like lightning in front of my eyes

Honestly, it amazes me that more people in our society do not see how much of a risk it is to not learn how to control their emotions, and discipline their mind (Like Snape said to Harry Potter lol). B/c what you talk about at the end is so true when people do not learn DBT Skills, do shadow work, self-work, engage in creative outlets, learn how to set healthy boundaries, and put in the work (And I know it is a lot but if I can go from being a polyphasic drug addict to being in control of my emotions and life then anybody can do the work b/c I'm just some guy on the internet). B/c your life is at stake lets say you have one bad day, aren't in control of these things, and you make one bad decision, it could land you in a world of trouble.
Most people never even consider this, though. I am glad that this series is on here, b/c there is always work that can be done, and I am grateful to have these videos available to me.

I wonder if we all get a bit stuck in the sex chakra at times. I dislike the world *Sex* as it makes something beautiful into far less. If you are fortunate to have a lady or a guy that is willing to join you in a life time tantric/spiritual journey then you are truly blessed. I am married, but very much alone emotionally, but this pain has helped me on a solo spiritual journey, and helped me find yoga, mediation, emotional healing, and gratitude. I have not watched/listened/read any media. for many many years. I use too all the time,. Now everyday is a happy one for me. I have an internal joy. I am also careful in what I look at on the internet. I am not keen on the dogma, as I am a spiritual person and not a religious one. Keep it up, I do enjoy what you share with us.

So glad you brought up water in dreams. I’m perplexed by a dream last night. It started in a street festival environment. Initially the weather was perfect for the event. Then possibly an archetypal character of maybe the joker entered the scene and did something bizarre and slightly amusing. I’m unsure as to his relevance. Almost immediately after that, rain began to fall moderately. A short amount of time elapsed and flows of water began washing down streets. Increasing rapidly causing some people to lose their footing. I among others were chuckling though in real life this would not have been amusing. The water began flowing ever increasingly into waves and quickly began submerging the area. I ended up standing on top of a wire chain link fence. I was jumping up in down on top of the fence in water that was over my head laughing so hard I awakened from the dream laughing hysterically. It must have taken an half hour to stop laughing all the while having somewhat remorseful feelings since if this were really happening it would not be funny in the least. I’m pretty sure some would not have survived the event. Nonetheless I really enjoyed the nearly uncontrollable laughter. What the heck??????

I lost my partner to kidney cancer over four years ago and had to go through a lot of grieving. However, I have been brought up in a spiritual environment and my mother was a very good and natural clairvoyant. Two years ago I went to a brilliant clairvoyant and she brought through Ann, my partner. It was so astounding, but Ann said she never expected I would die when she did! She said I've lost all my joy of life and asked why have I stopped going out drinking coffee at cafes and enjoying the countryside enjoying myself with others?
She said I was not balanced in life, but I've never really understood what she meant until I heard this video. I live like a monk and I have to be honest, I'm lazy and don't want to do anything.
Now I'm 67 and I don't feel that I have much time left, is it too late for me to develop and do all this? Although I'm not disappointed or hate my physical experience I don't want to have to come back to the physical earth plain, will this help?
Hi Robbey, it's absolutely never too late, many start even older... the question is, would you rather begin the work now, or after death? As for coming back into another life, if you do come back it will because you want to... after death we are are usually shown things that will open our eyes and heart and motivate us to continue whatever is required of us.

Do a lot of meditation go a place a peaceful, tranquility do it in your time within your heart. Sit or lying down where your comfortable just do it an hour later on 1hrs and so on...It's best in nature where you can hear air while closing your eyes practicing to control your mind peacefullt. I am so sorry for your pain and loss. Oftentimes, and we all probably have heard of situations when a person transitions and their surviving spouse/mate dies several days, or months later. Sounds like you haven’t died a physical death but an emotional one. I’m a 60 yr old woman that left an abusive marriage, where both my husband and children took turns physically beating me. As adults, my children have apologized for how their Dad taught them to disrespect and abuse me. Moving on, they have sought out therapy- we all have. My point is that this is my cross this lifetime, having a dysfunctional family emotionally but economically all five of my children are doing extremely well buying and flipping houses and apartment buildings. three of them work for NASA like I did, one has two remote IT jobs earning 100k each, you get my point. In all of this, I could choose to be depressed and dejected. I walked out of the mansion and left my husband 14 years ago, and I still feel the pain of my destiny with him because of the children I gave birth too with him. You are not another person. You came to this plane by yourself, and you will certainly exist this matrix by yourself. I have learned to never lose myself in another person. My spirit/soul’s journey is a sacred journey; a dance with myself and the Divine. I know it’s hard and it hurts, but try not to identify yourself with people. You are not your deceased loved one. I am not my children. The death of a dear love one or the pain of the physical, mental and verbal abuse I sustained from my family is not who I am. Change is good. Let go of the past. Live in the moment of now and free yourself to enjoy life. I am joyfully moving to Belize. I’m gonna rent out my single family home in Maryland, take my annuities and retirement income and kayak and windsurf on a beach everyday. This will be my joy. I did not incarnate into this dimension to be destroyed, saddened, and shredded by any other persons negativity. Simarily, please don’t let the passing of your Dear Love, destroy or define your time here on the planet. I could feel and sense that you want to give up and I felt compelled to suggest that you be like a phoenix and arise out of the ashes of grief and continue on with your life because your life is for living- not rumination about the past, and the hand that you were dealt. This is so fun to learn about, I have had an "enlightenment" several times but have not been able to hold it for longer than a week, by hold I mean be able to easily go back and forth from spirit and logic and bridging the two, or the male + female as you say, or the oracle, or the observer.
As a seeker, I suffer from wanting to leave my mark as a renaissance man. I have tried many times to leave my mark with all my soul, but I become the tree that falls with no one to listen. My full stream of logic and spirit does not get recognized, then I suffer over time again, and try to look for other ways to leave my mark. So I end up good at a lot of things and trying to create something that sticks to human society by using my universal truth of expression.
I am only 25, I have great income, an amazing relationship where I always learn about myself and my partner, I have made good music, I have worked professionally as a computer engineer, I have been in some top level play for video games of different genres, I have competed in powerlifting and placed decently on a wilks score scale, I have gotten good grades with minimal study - just by concentrated understanding, I understood intuitively the most famous computer science problem P vs NP and that it is undefined, I have understood the cyclical nature of our universe through introspection, I have seen the many good omens and bad omens of my character and understood them - this even extends to my parents, now all I gotta do is tackle drawn art and get decent at an instrument - but i know i will do it with grace. The only problem is I get bored and burnt out eventually, which then pushes me to learn more to fill that void, I have just accepted that at this point and sit with my exhaustion. This is my fault but I need more time to understand so I can have a more genuine thirst of knowledge and creation.
I have seen the patterns of spirituality, religion, and logic. I hope I can find my way as a renaissance man someday. One day it will be valuable to bridge the spirits with logic. One day people will realize a computer can never solve a human's suffering. This is why P VS NP is undefined, logic and circuit can never solve the Gödel gaps of physical existence. One day we will be guardians of the galaxy as humans.
Hey dude, I have a similar lust for knowledge and growth and all that juicy life stuff, and a similar history with being a chronic over-achiever. What you've mentioned here sounds like something I've been working through for the last couple of years, breaking through the attachment to "success", the idea that we have to prove ourselves and our worth through our learning and development. It sounds like you need to step back and fully relax, let yourself do nothing other than exactly what your heart needs for a period of time. Then you might find your learning and curiosity will lead down some easier paths with a lot more ease of flow. What you're here to give and provide for humanity will come out of you if you can let go and surrender to the process. Hope you get where you're going

On the subject of transcendental meditation it relation to during mantra ect. Reflecting on a aspect of our ego we want to purify, l suppose lm confused how to do that while remaining in my body and clear of thoughtform as learned to do from the first video. As l already know one of the behaviors that cause much suffering in my own life and others lm in relationships with , is my reactiveness and taking things personally. Transmuting this emotion imbalance is key for more peace in my life.
