- Opening the Sahasrara chakra is the most elevated and enlightening part of awakening the chakras and Kundalini. The first ego disillusion I experienced was after a week or two of eating one small meal a day within a hour window. I'm not advising anyone do that. But definitely look into fasting.

All, I think the main key to any kind of enlightenment is surrendering to the moment. When we do not think of the past or the future and instead observe the moment, then we feel joy of life. I think when doing meditation there can be a trap you can get yourself in, it is best not to think it will gain you anything. That is, do not think it will gain something for you in the future. When doing meditation, what you experience when doing it, is what to do. I believe the purpose of meditation is to teach yourself to observe the moment. The same goes with every action.
In all honesty I'm just busting out a pointless comment to boost your algorithm. But hey dude. Have loved the series so far ❤️

Thank you so much for being so down-to-earth and explaining the inability to reach an absolute state that some (or many, in the West) would think is the end destination. Just as with general learning (which this practice should always be) there can be no destination should one want to make the most of what they would be. We tend nowadays to think of all in the framework of action and a place to attain. But in my own experiences in my self created practice that works best for me (that I adapt as I need different techniques) I've attained some very unbelievable feelings, but should I stop learning from that practice and adapting then I may as well be what I was before I began because I will not go any further. And once you've attained a height and gone back, the hell you've dug yourself feels that much worse in knowing that you had reached for that and then left it(like a very good relationship). Thank you again for reinforcing that point so that all of us can know that that common mistake need not be made. When I had let my practice become sporadic and when I began to feel the difference, it was a very big difference (as if I'd dug a hole to crawl into and jumped in; only to begin eating worms once I had!) I hope all of us can take our practice seriously, with regularity, and finding that our learning never ends! 👍🏻💛🧘♂️

I love it because it reflects my own internal understandings throughout my life as a seeker per-se. I tend to see things from many perspectives, computer engineering, seventh day adventism, animals, stories, sport, music, video games, secular buddhism, agnosticism, gnosticism, relationships, etc. Perspectives of my experiences, but even with my perspectives they all correlate with everything that you are saying and my experiences, unbiases & biases of this life.
Even though I did have this ecstasy experience for a week, where I experienced the universal pattern of things and my self, I felt like I was moving with such grace. Once I sort of reflected on it, I realized I need more tools to better navigate my internal experience, I noticed it was overwhelming a bit to be in tune. It has motivated me to unwind things within more systemically to be more stable, I noticed I was not ready yet to hold onto that grace state. It was like as if I juggled for a week by accident, but because it was by accident I still felt unease that I would not drop things because I had never done it before. I need more practice or exposure to not overwhelm my ego.
So, I had to put this juggling down for a bit. I noticed I was not ready it was too exciting. It was such a beautiful experience to navigate the world in that week though. I was always able to hold a compassionate perspective and move with grace in conversations or in anything I was doing for that week. Overtime, I could notice some thoughts arising again and they were clouding things, distracting my juggling. I need to understand the distractions of my self further so they do not rob my attention and create fear.
I hypothesize that the fear that arises is my fear of ending my thirst for knowledge in all things. Sort of like a renaissance man type of suffering that drives polymaths. If I feel the universal pattern, then I don't need to know things. But that's true and false. I will meditate on it though and get over that bump from within when I get more time.

Great use of language! When you have been graced with the crown you know what getting there is all about. Others can speculate about you. People will make intellectual projections at you. For understanding to occur, the peanut gallery needs to make their projections at you in person and let you explain. I like the way Sadhguru takes on questions.

Hi Gene, its Mooketsi (RSA) again, just wanted to mention that , after going through a turmoil during 2020, lost everything and was on the verge of suicide, that's when I found videos of Eckhart Tolle, Sadghuru and others, started meditating and visualization and I found my inner peace and since then I wanted to know more about the God within me, the more I practice the more joy I feel, but sometimes I start asking myself questions that I just send to you, I believe you can help me to look at it the right way...thanks

For me this knowledge is not new to me its like a review but everytime i listen to every episode i was like a person walking i a beautiful beach collecting a shell and keeping it. It's always good to learn about so many things. I have so many questions but maybe when i get my own gadget i will join.
