I picked up a Thetford 365 this camping season. A couple of weeks ago we did a family hiking weekend with our 2 girls (4 and 10). It was so nice to be able to throw open our popup privacy tent and pull the 365 from the back of our rig. Less than 3 minutes setup. So convenient when there's no bathrooms at trailheads. Kuddos for sharing what your family does.
The privacy tent is key! I haven’t used many of the cassette style toilets but I’m glad you have a system that works for you. That’s what it’s all about.
I have a elderly relative with dementia I care for who doesn’t have much notice. This is perfect for those times. I can’t carry the camping portapotty everywhere. But this I could. We spend a lot of day trips in the wilderness. Thanks!
Good stuf!! I've had the Wolfwise popup for a while now and its awesome. We've used a bucket with the snap on toilet lid for a couple years now, but I like this small light camo one you have. I'll have to check that out. Thanks for sharing!
It definitely is low to the ground! This would be more similar to the “Asian squat” technique lol. But, it’s not much smaller then the traditional bucket from Home Depot. Also, the Trip Tips toilet is padded on the top which is nice.
And don’t forget the wet wipes and hand sanitizer!

Hey as long as you have a system that works don’t try and fix it! 🍻
I just use my buddies RTT ladder for support and poop in front of his tent... I use those bags. I suggest double bagging
Haha you have to do what you have to do! Double bagging is always good.
That was so helpful, Thank you!
So you can just throw it away in a dumpster and that’s legal? Thanks for the video !
Thanks!!
Glad it helped!
Where do you throw you poo away, just like a normal dumpster??
Yes
The trip tips toilet looks like it'd be too short to sit comfortably on.

yes, if you have bad knees it would not work at all!
Just don't poop cuz pooping is not sexy. Just get all constipated. Nice longboard quiver, btw. 😎👍😂
🤢
that toilet is hard to clean with that camp cloth
