Hello Matt..thank you for being a great example of what every martial artist should aspire to. I've learned most of your Bo spins from you and am officially addicted to the wood. I was iffy at first but your sense of purpose and humor and obvious skill won me over. Lost control of the Bo staff and smashed pretty good into my wrist, but yesterday I was back on it after about a month off. You're absolutely right when you say it gets your forearms beefed. My wrist still hurts but am I stopping. no way. I love your saying "slow is smooth, smooth is fast". I heard that on an episode of "The Peripheral" on Amazon. Never heard anyone else say it. Must be a military thing, but I've adopted it. God bless you and all you do.. keep up the great videos.

basically the same as a tactical flashlight, minus the option to blind. olight warrior 2 mini which i have is a good size, maybe wish the bezel was a bit sharper/more spiky for cutting/stabbing but other than that perfect with button on the right place and plenty of lumens (should be 1000+). with pepperspray or if thats not legal, a self defence spray, you have some good tools at hand.

Hallo. Ein taktischer Stift ist ein sehr nützlicher Gegenstand. Aber es gibt einen Nachteil - es verursacht oft Stichwunden. Ich empfehle zusätzlich einen taktischen Pocket Shark Marker, COLD STEEL. Es ist legal, aber es verursacht Verletzungen, ohne blutende Wunden zu hinterlassen.

@@petermuller9940 Es ist notwendig, die gesetzlichen Anforderungen zu berücksichtigen. Außerdem ist der taktische Marker aus Kunststoff und schellt nicht im Metalldetektor . Eine andere Option ist eine Taschenlampe in geeigneter Größe. Obwohl die Yavars der amerikanischen Firma "Cold Steel" besser sind, sind dies Gegenstände, die speziell nur für Verletzungen hergestellt wurden. Und im Falle eines Gerichtsverfahrens wird alles berücksichtigt und muss sich bereits mit Hilfe von Rechtsprechung schützen.
