I was a medic for over 15 yrs. Her wrist/hand problem can be anything from nerve damage to infection/sepsis or even a TIA (TIA is a per say mini stroke that offend is a warning sign of a future full blown stroke). Going to sleep and waking up with those types of signs and symptoms can be serious. I completely understand why many addicts do not seek medical care. But I also know that adding insult to injury can cause more problems they have to deal with. They deal with enough as it is. My heart and prayers go out to addicts. Many think they can just go get clean. It's not that simple. If it was, everyone would go get clean/sober. No one would be using to just stay "normal."
Your insight as a medic was special. Thanks so much for your comment❤
You hit the nail on the head-
It exactly like that
Afraid of coming to and dealing with your choices..
It's the fear of; that needs to be overcome
Wish they can see that the fear is what keeps them trapped
Thank you..unfortunately if a addict doesn't get a doctor that stands by his oath and treats all patients equally, addicts get treated inhumanely and their medical issues just get dismissed without the proper tests and medical care. This causes addicts, the homeless and mentally ill to not seek further treatment. Our medical society especially doctors need to be reeducation on how to treat human beings of all walks of life. Plus the updated information on how to correctly treat someone in addiction is trickling in far too slow. Doctors do not know how to safely and adequately treat a patient with xylazine/tranq in their system. So many addicts are failing when it comes to detoxing and recovery because of this. With all our technology there should be no reason we can't find the right treatments. The government, our society, people in the medical community etc...should be working endlessly on saving all lives. But it's per say taboo and their lives aren't as important because many feel it's a choice and not a medical problem. What many seem to fail to realize that most addicts are addicts due to trauma/mental health problems or being prescribed narcotics by doctors for actual medical problems than stopped abruptly. They need to also look closer to what led people to become addicts as well. No one I ever met said when they were younger and were asked what they wanted to be when they grew up, responded by saying, "I want to be a addict." It saddens me to say I feel it will be a long time before the correct treatment is available. I continue to pray for them and offer support.
@@HaveyouLovedandbeenLoved When I was little, I lived around addicted people. I cared about them and never imagined I would be one of them. People should be good to young people because they have a very difficult world to live in.
Thank you for your comment we need more caring nurses like you ! Bc of the stigma it so hard even if your on mat they treat you like 💩 it’s really sad 😞 praying for her
Thanks for doing this interview. Sad to see what's happened to my sister (haven't seen her in about three years after she ghosted everyone, including her own kids), but I pray she pulls through and chooses to pursue a proper recovery.
Thank you for your support. I am glad you guys got to see you sister again. Hopefully she chooses to get sober in the near future. I will be seeing her on Wednesday i will let her know that you and her mom reached out to me
I hope you will be able to keep in touch with her. ❤
I know where she stays at and she said she would like for me to check up in her and do follow up interviews so I’ll def be staying in touch with her

thanks Jeff. great job as always. this is mindblowing.
Poor women and her 3 girls! Crazy she was sober for that long and ended up back down there. Hope she is able to turn it around for herself, teens can put a mom through a ringer x 10!
Good Afternoon Jeff! I’m watching before I clock in for work. It’s so sad that people can’t find a way out of Kensington. I do understand, it took me decades before I got clean .
Congrats, Jo❤🎉🎉🎉🎉

Good interview Jeff.
Please get off the streets Tila, and try treatment again. Please get clean because you deserve more than you have right now.
Sending love and strength to you Tila, cause you’re a beautiful soul 🍀💚
She's a sweetheart.
Thanks....
Too bad Ibogaine treatment is illegal in the US.
I did it in Mexico and it was great, 24 hours, completely detoxed with absolutely no withdrawals.
I have heard great things about that
@@Jeffshighonlife
Yeah, it's truly amazing.
8 hours 0 Withdrawal and you're clean.
Has an 80% success rate.
Hell, I didn't even get drug dreams or triggers when I'd what TV and see heroin use, or even when I see someone whose veins are so prominent, all of which used to trigger me.
All of the detoxes and rehabs in the US have same 10%-15% success rate as kicking cold turkey.
It's very good business to get you on Methadone Maintenance or Buprenophine. Those have a significantly worst kick than an Opiate like Heroin.
But that's why Ibogaine is banned in the US.
No money in actual treatment that's 80% success rate.
Anyways, keep doing the good work helping these people out.
Also, ignore all the normies who bitch in the comments about not giving your interviewees any money because they'll just use it to get high...
They don't understand that getting clean is a process that only works when the person is mentally ready. All you can do is let them know you're there for them when they are ready.
Normies who never used simply don't understand.
Praying she gets the help . She seems like a real nice yg lady . I wish her well🫶🏽❤️🙏🏽🇨🇦
Hey Jeff! Interesting, good/informative video as always! It's interesting about her hand. I actually had a friend who had almost the exact same thing happen. He fell asleep high on the way to the casino and slept on his hand. It wouldn't open and was stuck like that for almost 2 years. It also had that numb/pins and needles feeling. One day, it just went away and he was able to open it again. Always thought that was so strange! Crazy it happened to her too
She has radial nerve palsy and I had it too. I nodded off over my arm and woke up to the same thing she has and it took 7 months and eventually came back. I have full use of my hand and arm today.
That’s awesome you got use back in your arm and hand
You have no idea what she has. Not even a doctor can say that without seeing and assessing it in person. Don’t try to give diagnosis over the internet. It can prove fatal.
@@JeffshighonlifeJeff I was so lucky!!! But this is super common with addicts/alcoholics radial nerve palsy it’s also known as “Saturday night palsy”.
It’s when blood flow is lost for a certain amount of time to the limb. Foot drop too.
@@zhaviyah84well I wasn’t diagnosing her but I was not only a junkie on those streets but also a former RN but mostly I know she has that bc i had the same exact thing and it’s very common amongst addicts. But I never diagnosed anyone.
But please feel free to look it up.
Radial nerve palsy also known as Saturday night palsy.
I apologize if offended you. My intentions were not to do any harm. I was sharing my experience.
Many addicts suffer from generational curse as myself. It can be overcome. Recovery is possible for anyone!
I’ll tell you what, she doesn’t need that hand on HER dates. It’s all BOBBIN’, no hands!
Jeff, I am the one who mentioned Tilak asking Jesus into her heart, her mom's 1st cousin. Please make sure she sees my message next time you see her. Thanks.
Will do
It just dawned on me Jeff with your drive thrus… looking back maybe a year u would see ppl just standing on the street slumped over like everyone was … look how there getting use to the tranq… They got a tolerance for it now
Jeff makes an effort not to show people passed out and maybe that makes it seem it happens less frequently.
@@redrooster1908 yeah he does do that but I just remember everybody just bent over to the ground and legs wobbling but I think it’s a combination of both but I feel so sorry for ppl who feel they are stuck in that situation bc fear of withdrawal for a short time compared to hustling every day to stay well… I know bc I’ve been there but it’s tough and I just hate to see our govt not doing more and that’s my problem with all this shit … Thabks for the reply
@@Jay1919_justfortodayThe kimgary channel shows driving around and nothing is skipped over. Brutal.
Man, Tila your hand is like drop foot. That's no joke. Awful. I know people that had both. Hoping your nerves get to working real soon. I'm so sorry about your daughter. I pray she's getting good therapy and any/all help that's available to her. 🕉
Yes! Drop foot! Omg! You're right. Just like Jim's foot was for so long until months & months in recovery.😳
@@redrooster1908 Right? It's a terrible thing. Hope you're doing good today. 🙂
@@kimberlydeeney5652😁😁
The same thing happened to me about 5yrs ago with my hand!I woke up & freaked right out it took about 5/6 days for it to come normal again,so bloody stupid
I feel for her, but this is yet another person that is sick and getting sicker because of her choices to keep injecting herself when she knows it will create more and more and even SEVERE wounds on her body; and us taxpayers are footing the bill for her and those like her who contribute nothing to society…yeah, I’m bitter and pissed about it!
Is the feeling of tranq the same as benzo's?
Someone told me it’s more like doing ketamine if you ever tried that
@@Jeffshighonlife Glad I don't know, Jeff. We like our limbs.
Tranq is actually a large animal tranquilizer used on farm animals so they can be operated on without lying down. This is why we see the bent over effect with ppl. They’re deliberately adding this to the fentanyl because fentanyl alone, while 100x’s more potent than heroin, doesn’t give any nod effect. So that’s why they add it so the user gets the much wanted “nod”. I’ve never used tranq but is an amplified Benzo and we’re hearing it’s harder for opioid addicts to stop because they’re not receiving ANY treatment for the Tranq when they try MAT(medication assisted treatment).
@@5thdimension625Incredible info. Had no idea that anyone "enjoyed" nodding off. Wow😢
peep the lysol in the door for for the open sore stank ( OSS )
No it’s too disenfect the car
I don't have any open sores never have ..,..
What does "fish out" mean?
It’s when you shoot too much coke. It’s kinda hard to explain
@@JeffshighonlifeGotcha! Thanks, Jeff! ❤
@@JeffshighonlifeWow. I assumed "fish out of water", as in a Babe in the woods or doesn't belong in a situation they're in. 😳
That sounds about right
Oh i hate that. I've gone out after slamming some black and ended up sleeping on my arm for hours. Then when I woke up, I couldn't feel it or move it for hours. Once i passed out in a weird position, and fuck, when i woke up, the pain i felt in my shoulder was probably some of the worst ever...
What do they mean when they say they like “dope” best? Tia
I think she was referring to real heroin instead of fentanyl
🙏🙏🙏🙏
Just wondering if anyone knows, but it seems very common for these girls out there to have tattoos on their fingers... is there some significance to that?
I guess because it's 'cool'. I tattooed my fingers when I was 16.
Oh man.... shes worst off than a interview I saw of her months ago..she gotta *WANT IT* the change
💜🙏🕊
Tilak, Try asking the Lord Jesus to come into your heart & save you. He loves you right where you are & he has delivered many people from addiction, some immediately. We love you and your Mom is so afraid of losing you. Her heart is breaking.
OMG Ohhhh makes me sick awwww
😖 just listening xxoocynthia 😎
What is fishing out?
Its when you shoot too much cocaine. You usually fall and shake like a fish out of water.
Going into rehabs like that is such a waste. That’s exactly why I say good riddance to all those lames
I was wondering if they were gonna start doing Clinical Studies on these drugs...Fenytnal n Xylazine....That's great! I hope they can come up with Answeres Quickly n get some more Comfort Meds available for thise people 🙏 ✌❤❣❤
I think Jefferson hospital has started doing some studies on it
She makes money with her fish out.
Great, interview Jeff I wish Tila the best I hope she goes and see about her hand soon and go to treatment.🩷🩷
Thank Jackie
