what i love about Schneider is that he's not pretentious or has a sense of self-importance about his profession. he's just a funny guy who kinda found his way into making movies cus he enjoys it, not because he think he's gonna change the world or peoples lives. he could easily be that car mechanic or hotel chef with lightning wit that everyone thinks is funny. he doesn't care if his movies get slated cus he's not doing it to make art, he's doing it to be funny and get paid.

Props to the man who makes a great career out of funny charactors, like the one in 50 dates...and he was absolutely right..that scene where Drew Barrymore starts wailing on him with the bat, the whole audience was howling...it was awesome.
