I have to say that I look at lots of little Christmas makes, and I always come back to your designs. They are very clear, slow and easy to understand. It is still always good to show a tutorial very slowly even if you are an accomplished crochet maker. So I really appreciate all your fabulous videos that you have here on your U tube channel. I have made the Poinsettia, the Christmas Tree bunting and my favourite, the Gingerbread Man, he is the cutest of them all. I always find that it is a good idea to use nice quality yarn or very good colours that reflect the project. Thanks again Karen xx
wow wow so cute...I loved this tutorial...so easy to listen to and follow...I am going to attach this to a display only hotpad...thank you so much for sharing your talents...I just learned to crochet a month ago and I am already hooked, so to speak lol
Ms Babbs Yay! We have another crochet addict he he, welcome to the community! I am so happy you enjoyed this tutorial, thank you for your kind feedback!
I love it!! My husband is calling me a yarn junkie now lol...I head straight to yarn in any store and just stare at future projects lol..thank you again!!
I got it on my first try and I am a beginner. Thank you for taking it slow. You make it easy to follow. You are awesome! Now I can make a Christmas tree. :)
Another super tutorial. This little tree will be perfect. I am making a burgundy large Christmas Afghan and I'm going to scatter these little trees on my pattern. love your tutorials
thank you for being clear n slow. i advise the beginners (like me) to mark the 3rd double crochet of the chain 8 because she will return to it again and if u are new to all this u will not be able to find it easily if it were not marked.
Lucky I'm subscribing, as received the email telling me of this pattern and so will now look at your advent calendar, too. I love your tutorials: you never assume we already know and your instructions and the filming are so clear! Thank you very much for sharing! Happy Christmas x
I love the simplicity of the pattern Laura and how you used thicker yarn for the trunk as it adds that extra thickness. I think I'll make this for my parents for Christmas. I'm just lucky I had already ordered some chunky brown yarn to make some of your Christmas puddings!!
Cute little tree, I will be making some for gift tags. TFS, your tutorials are so easy to follow and I appreciate that. Have a Happy Halloween. HUGS, BJL
Hi I absolutely love your tutorials, would you be able to do a tutorial on a crochet mini daxi dog. I would so luuuuuuv to do one and your brilliant. Thanx for all you have taught me 😍
Hi, I just wanted to say a big thank you for posting this tutorial for a Christmas tree and your snowflakes. I'm a beginner but found the videos easy to follow and thoroughly enjoyed making them so much so I made them for all of my family and friends, who loved them and didn't believe I'd made them! I will now make them for myself for next year. I was wondering if you have a tutorial for numbers? My sister had the 12 days of Christmas numbers on her tree and I thought I would try and recreate them in crochet.
VonnyMilonny That is wonderful! I'm so happy you enjoyed this tutorial. I still hang these very trees over my fire place over Christmas. I do plan to do some numbers once I have completed my alphabet series so do stay tuned!
I forgot to say that you have inspired me so much that I now have hooks and wool coming out of my ears and projects well beyond me on my to do list. Hobbycraft is my new favourite place haha. Can I ask, is there a difference between wool and yarn?
Just taken up crochet, found you just by chance, really clear instructions and I can totally get it ,thank you
Hi my name is Steph I enjoy watching your videos and i started this time last year and progressed as well so i love Crocheting !

Wool comes from an animal yarn is synthetic 😀
Is there a online pattern to this please
+courtney reeve On my website at www.happyberry.co.uk
thank how can I make it bigger???
kadyja brealey Laura explains at 17:28 how to add an extra round, and the basic idea for adding any additional rounds. Good luck!
I saw no pattern for this tree on your web site.
What brand of hooks do you use, looking to buy some to start crocheting. Valerie.
Clover 🍀
Is this regular DK yarn? Mine came out a lot bigger!
Really enjoyed but double crochet is a treble in the UK terminology:)
These old tutorials use US terminology. In my more recent videos I use both terms.
Hi! May I use this pattern for crochet along I'm doing? I will give you credit for it?!
Credit is always appreciated! :)
編めました♪とっても分かりやすくて助かりました(^-^)
ありがとうございます♪
どういたしまして (^-^)
This is in us terms isn't it?
Yes, all my tutorials are. In my more recent tutorials I give UK conversions when I say the US stitch.
