Those are all beautiful homes! I love the three car garages and the open floor plans. Having a big yard is nice but only if you have the time or money to maintain it, I would much rather have access to community pool and building.

Here in Ozark and Nixa area it's more rolling hills and what once used to be farms with pasture is now subdivisions, not as many trees here. Drive about 15 min south then it turns into forests and more hilly terrain.

My Aunt Mel (Melrose) bought her home in 1963. 4 bedroom, 3 bath , full walk out finished basement, on a 1 acre lot. Between Ozark and Ava
PRICE .......$ 19,000. TIMES HAVE CHANGED IF YOUR LOOKING FOR A HOME FOR HIGH 400K TO 500K.

Yes that's right!!! It takes at least 400 to get a decent 4 BD home in this area.
