awe sorry to hear, that feeling will pass with time. just try to stay committed and fill your time with other things. I quit smoking weed almost 4 years ago. Still miss it sometimes but I have a more clear head and those thoughts dont linger long.

Either one is completely fine in my opinion. I almost always use 80mm!
