- In this video I show you how I installed the Sweeplite sequential LED tail lights on my 2007 Saturn Sky. This is a mod that I've been wanting to do for a while, and was finally put it on the top of my mod list.
It's pretty cool and sweeps the turn signals, hazards, and brake lights as well.

Mike, Just wanted to say that your videos are extremely helpful! I just bought a 2007 Silver/grey base Saturn Sky, much like yours. I've been doing some mods and use your videos as a guide. Really helpful ! Keep up the great work.

No. You cannot do that. But they do sweep for turn signals, hazards, braking, and even when you unlock the car with your key fob. Pretty cool.
Nice mod Mike. Think I'll do it myself. Re the placement of the resistors. That area can get pretty wet (it drains from a hole above the rear license plate), so hopefully the resistors are waterproof. I think they could be mounted a little higher to keep them from sitting in any water.
Yeah. I was thinking about that after I made the video. I am going to mount them up higher on the opposite side. I usually avoid the rain, but sometimes I get stuck in it by accident.
@@MikesHouseOfMods Did you move the location on these resistors? If so any chance you could post where you mounted them? I'm going to order these this week.
@@reignkinge Yes, I did move them. They're basically in the same position, but just up higher in that well area. I've gone through a few rain storms and haven't had any problems. I used the same 3M double tape as well and they're still holding strong.

Hi Mike, any chance you know how to replace a door lock mechanism? The tab on my drivers side door stopped popping up and won't lock/unlock anymore. My shop is quoting me $550 but i suspect this should be an easy repair. Any advice would be awesome!
Nice. I am assuming if the Solstice Only has one bulb, it WONT sweep like your does correct?
I believe they have the LEDs on the bulb simulate a sweeping action when there's only one. If you look at the videos on their website, I think there are some single bulb examples.

Hi Mike. Question. Have you ever changed the center brake light? If so, you have a video or directions. Can’t figure out how to get at it. Thank you!!
I haven't yet. It's an LED light so unless the LEDs are messed up, there's no reason to change the light. But if you do need to get to it, here's a diagram and instructions on how to do it.
