I absolutely love personal videos like these. It’s such a joy seeing others passion about a game they played. Not about whether it was “good,” but only their emotions and experiences. It’s a struggle for me to be as emotionally open as I’d like, but seeing other people do videos like these remind me. They remind me how wonderful it is to just…enjoy my time. Maybe I’ll try video game photography :)
I've been meaning to check this out-- it looked interesting. Given your photo background, seems like something you'd enjoy; I'm excited for your opinion.
Thanks! Yeah, that's a big part of why I enjoyed it so much, I think. Would definitely recommend -- though, fair warning if you haven't watched the video yet: I do end up showing some of the surprises!
Toem is one of my favourite games ever! I really recommend Eastshade if you want something similar. It's in first person and you're a painter (you drink teas to use different filters haha) but they share the exploration of a fantastic world and helping interesting characters.
If you're on the lookout for other games with robust photo modes which have characters and environmental sets which seem designed with that mode in mind, Kena: Bridge of Spirits comes highly recommended.
I loved this game and I’m glad to see people covering it!
This was such a beautiful game. Was probably free on PS Plus, but I'll see if I can buy it. The developers deserve that.
why does this video have less than 100k views, its better than most videos i watch that get that many
Loved the video 🥰 The game's been on my Steam wishlist for a while so I'll pick it up!
“Tale As Old As TOEM” is the perfect photo title. Lovely video, I thoroughly enjoyed watching it 😊
Aaah, thank you so much!!! Loved your work on the game, and super psyched you enjoyed this. :)
