Opening a LiFePO4 (Lithium Iron Phosphate) battery to check the internal build of it.

Yesterday, we received an email from our customer who recently purchased our 12V 100AH lithium battery.
Asking us "The custom box provided by BWB can readily be opened. Can you please advise why I am not able to open the case and check out the cells? "
We totally understand some customers are curious about the internal build of our LiFePO4 batteries. However, the warranty will be void if you open the battery box by yourself.
Therefore, we decide to open the SS12100N70 LiFePO4 battery and show it to everyone, to satisfy our customer’s curiosity.
