ok been to punta cana 10 times and we spend 3 times at the occidental as my opinion it was the best slept at number 23 which is in the middle of the resort easy to get around from a 1 to 10 its a 11 the only thing now the prices have double from 3000 to 6000 a week as far as i am concern that is a rip off as the sun and the food and the beach are the same will go back

I don't remember seeing a 24 hour bar...but everything is all inclusive. There are drinks in the mini fridge.
