Do not recommend, I was there a week ago. Terrible resort, cockroaches, dirty dishes, dirty cutlery, dirty beddings, begging always the staff for fresh towels in our room, we used our beach towels after taking showers…because that staff do not know that people need fresh towels every day..bleeee… Do not even hope that they bring you again a bottle of water if the first one is already gone. The worst experience with toilet if you need #2, you are lucky if you can fix it by yourself because the plumber has no idea how the toilet works. Terrible reception, not helpful at all if you need something. Their answer is always like this -- ooo we sent already someone to your room to help you! That means in Dominican language nobody will help you! Go away! Some staff is nice, but 50% of it is very rude. Just beautiful beach…
Anna luckily, I didn't have all those bad experiences. I had a towel issue as well where I had to repeatedly ask, and as you can see in the video, no water had to ask and there was also something with the toilet as well. I think I mentioned it. Otherwise, for me, the staff was good, but when visiting any service industry, everyone's experience will vary based on the staff working at the time and the room assigned. Well, at least you got to experience the beautiful beach; I barely got to because of the weather. Thanks for watching nonetheless.
@@travelwithprettany we spoke with the next door people and one Romanian family one the beach obit the service, they had the same issues…it’s not a coincidental…The worst annoying situation was that the cleaning staff took away our all towels after first day of staying there and we had no towels for the next three days! !..so next day nobody from the cleaning staff noticed that something is missing in the room?..I can’t believe it..tipping and tipping was not enough….welcome to Punta Cana 🙈
