Pasta in Tomato Onion Cheese Sauce | Recipe | Indian Style Italian

Pasta in Tomato Onion Cheese sauce is a simple recipe of my own creation inspired by what I thought Macaroni and Cheese would be like. It makes a great tiffin for kids especially because it tastes great hot and cold.
Serves 4:
Ingredients:
Conch Shelled Pasta - 250g
Tomato - 3/ 250g
Onion - 3/ 250g
Coriander Leaves - 1/2 Cup
Garlic Cloves - 10 to 12 medium sized
Processed Cheese - 250g
Tomato Ketchup - 3 tbsp
Salt - 2 tsp
Chilli Powder - 2 tsp
Sugar - 1 tsp
Oil - 1/4 Cup
For Boiling Pasta:
Water - 2 ltrs
Salt - 1 tbsp
Oil - 1 tbsp
