I Found A Gravesite On The John Muir Trail!

A good three to four miles from the top of Silver Pass on the John Muir Trail there is a single campsite you can stop off at. It is next to a river flowing from Chief Lake, but it is what is next to the campsite... a potential grave!
My wife, Mindy, and I hike the John Muir Trail every year for the last 16 years. This time we stopped in a campsite we have never seen. Just on the south end of the trail, headed northbound on the JMT we encountered a very pleasant spot. However, in the meadow behind the campground appears to be a gravesite.
