Hey guys shooting threes is so frustrating for me. I am just so weak so I feel like sometimes I have to chuck it. I can shoot mid range sometimes well but even sometimes I just hit the top of the rim. Should I just focus on shooting mid range and then do high school three pointers later. Your call.
I recommend shooting mid range first to develop your shot, then move on to 3 pointers. If you are having trouble putting power into your shot at the 3, lower your release point a bit. Watch Coach Rocks vids on getting more range.
Coach I got some problem with gathering the ball during pull up to shoot. Can you give me some tips on how to pick up the ball off the dribble into shooting pocket?
