Thank you for this. It's beautiful how the universe works with and for us. I fell off of my morning meditations this last month. I was going through a difficult time. It's crazy how meditating would have made that time easier but I didn't make that effort for myself and others. I feel like every time I truly need something I open boho and the first meditation that pops up is exactly what I was searching for. I have recently started meditated , but used to do them on and off earlier as well , i want to ask to anyone eho has been doing meditation that when we are asked to go inwards ( when the bell rings in this case for ex) what do we do then ? Do we just sit and observe or what
congratulations on starting your meditation journey! During the inward-focused parts of meditation, simply observe what arises without judgment. The key is to stay present and let thoughts come and go, rather than getting caught up in them. With practice, you'll find these moments become increasingly peaceful.All the best
I struggled with this one. I think there were too many things to focus on. Letting go and focusing on the light, but also the space between the eyes and then the mantra. But I'll keep trying and see what happens.
