Respected sir🙏 please help me . My father's real uncle unregistered will my father's name before he died 1978.uncle had adopted my father.The testator will die. Father's uncle wife challenged the will in 1st grade Colcattor court in 1979 over whether the will was invalid. In 1980, the court ruled in my father's favor. And they will get their uncle's property. But Auntie Ji left home and started living with someone else. My father will die in 1986 and the property will be transferred to my name.At 35 years the property is in my name Now my father's aunt has reopened the same old case same issue second time file against me in civil court.My father's aunt also kept the old case hidden from the court. The will that lost the case of the Mutation testament claimed the same old case against me. The aunt did not mention the old case in her claim in court. My father's aunt is 90 years old now. I have all the old court orders and other documents. I have also taken a ceterfied copy of the old case order which was applied for in the court and the testimony old judgment zimni file at the time the case was heard.My lawyer submit order 7, section 14 application.but plantiff not reply. My lawyer final statement submit section 11 resjudicata and order 39 rule 1,2,
