yes good location. Could you also include in your videos if the aircon looks newer and efficient or is older which uses more electricity. It's especially helpful in the units where they charge a high electric rate.
Location is great! That is exactly what I am looking for in terms of a first 'home base' once I relocate. Far enough away from third road and soi buakhao to be decently quiet but within a 5-10 minute walk to all the fun activities. What a shame the rooms do not have a lock box though that is a problem. Regarding Marina House did you do a video on that? I'd be interested to watch it
@@FBorisI if you don't mind me asking which place are you staying at? Do you see it as a longterm place to live? Or are you looking to upgrade? Pros and cons of where you live?
I currently stay in NP Residence in Soi New Plaza for 5 months. Also recommended, I enjoy staying there !!! You can find a video featuring NP Residence here on this channel (I think from septembre or octobre).
@@FBorisI Thanks I will have to search for that as I don't have a link to video in my google maps notes. How much is it? Are you on a month to month lease? what are the biggest pros and cons? Thanks! Good location for it!
It would be possible to have the email of these hotels to contact before arriving in Pattaya It is found the phone number and more complicated from a foreign country to call and be clear about dates prices etc ..... Thanks
Last November we used 134 units of electricity in my condo, that is with the aircon running for an average of 4 or 5 hours a night, we have a fan and don't use the aircon during the day. I saw a video from a guy here a few weeks ago who was using the aircon fairly solidly day and night and he had used 254 units (for December 2024). You can get a decent fan for around 400 baht and it will pay for itself in the first month or two.

Bargain good location close to wetherpoons and had a balcony ❤ .
The price of electricity let’s it down
Mate it was nothing special but great location and I like the balcony
I would be interested if it had a safe. Looks like a good place to land while looking for a long term apartment.
my thoughts exactly nice and cheap and good enough so to speak. But no lock box makes me wince.

Nice big room
Does not look that bad really, The price pays up for the electricity.
What about daily Room Service?
1500 Baht. 😂
9 baht electric charge , almost double government rate ?.
Thats decent for the price
How many 'units' of electricity does a single person use a month? If you run the AC mid day and night?
