For the past five years I’ve seen these same units advertised for sale by several different RUclipsrs Agents. It’s a reason why they haven’t sold yet, grossly overpriced! Other than that…very nice condos!
They are obviosuly having issues shifting these 2 condos,.. i've seen reviews of these by other property you tubers from a year ago. I guess the issue is that even with a refurb they look dated and with new projects being built in the next couple of years , .. people with that much money to spend are likely to go for those, even though the location and views (from the penthouse ) are stunning.
First condonos horrible, layout is silly for a large floor plan, the master bathroom decoration is 1990s cheap dark and makes you wonder. The kitchen is small and makes the condo feel like a 60sqm apt. The gray zebra closets are just out of this world and should stay there. You've shown this apt before and they did nothing remarkable in terms of remodel. Furniture lol . Come on I hope you did not have a hand in the refurbishing . You've shown both and the prices went up on both. I think they are tobabpoint where not even rmb would make the purchase. Lol ironic .
Would it be possible to squeeze in any more "as well"s? I honestly lost count, each more annoying than the prior one. Is "also" not in your vocabulary? Beyond that, nice-looking units, perhaps overpriced as OLDER condos. I didn't notice even a coffee shop. and you didn't mention shopping and local facilities.
You should have recommended your. Client to leave as is since they missed the mark on both renovations. Noone should pay for horrible design. So that leaves the location and views which equal half the given price.

$1,372,000 USD penthouse with 2 rooms and no view from the master suite is a big no for me.

Awesome condo !!! Unfortunately not suitable for a single guy (size, price etc.). 😢
Better to rent, easy to buy but hard to sell… and in a few years so many people move on..plans change…
