    Our country produces many incredible entrepreneurs, but it doesn't often produce pioneers who develop technology that transcends globally.
    A very powerful moment is when she says she went to Ireland, 'not because I didn't understand the technology, but to see how it works.' We need a series on Kiran's life that could inspire a new generation of biotech engineers and entrepreneurs.

    I am doing btech in biotechnology and this video has helped me a lot in knowing more about how we can be an entrepreneur in fields such as biotech... I have always loved biocon and wanted to know more about it and how it started... Kiran Mazumdar has always inspired me and this video has given me a strong base for my inspiration towards biotech..thank you

    She is the First Lady/ women entrepreneur who was my inspiration even when in all honesty I did not understand what career is and what I would like to do! But today listening to her, I feel truly inspired by the well rounded person she is. Her approach is so balanced!

    I don’t remember the last time I saw suchh an engaging podcast. It’s 3 in the night here and I couldn’t just stop and put my phone down because this felt soo refreshing. I learnt soo many new things, I am reminded of soo many things and this is what Bangalore has been all about, for people who are really passionate and hardworking and be who they are without any virtue signaling.     Nikhil is doing a very good job with his podcast episodes. I would request bringing some big giants from medical device industry like seimens, medtronics, voxelgrids etc to give insights about how to approach a health technology or medical device industry. So many aspiring health-tech entreprenuers would love it and benefit from it.

    I am finally listening to conversation which is not only mature but substance full. I am 76 now but when I was was 23/24. I have been almost 40 years ahead of time. But I couldn’t function because of gender difference. Also, my thinking process was not readily acceptable by many who mattered.

    Such a great podcast! I was always an admirer of Ms Kiran M Shaw, but the podcast was an eye-opener about her companies, startups, and achievements. What an incredible Leader! It is so refreshing to listen to real changemakers rather than Bollywood. Please continue to bring out the OG Changemakers and their stories. It is so inspiring. Most actors already have thousands of platforms to showcase their ''talent and journey''. Indians sadly have become a celebrity obsessed nation.

    This is one of the best podcasts in India which I have seen. Specially an interview like this with the Kiran M Shaw is amazing ! Throws much light on biocon, biotech industry and what should be expected in near future. Loved it !

    I admire Kiran & Biocon a lot. Biocon is next level but I don't know why it doesn't reflect in it's stocks. I am still holding it even though I am in loss.

We are a core R & D company with inhouse lab ( to keep it frugal ). We cater to clean tech and environment sectors and , will be applying for fund as we are into make in india full inhouse customized reactor for specialised biochemical reactions!
    Again appreciate both for being so honest about the most personal and significant matters! I derived more courage from this podcast ! Its an upgrade from the climate change one! Kudoa to the team !
