Glad you’re happy with them. That’s too much to spend to be unhappy 😁👍

If it's Perry County and that's a river it's probably the upper portions of the Juniata?
Much love to the folks and the riversides of my youth.
    Nice honest review.

Great video, I love Nicks, I have 3 pairs and a limited run black wax flesh boots on the way, their my favorite boot company definitely top tier, expensive but well worth the money

Just think, you wore those boots wet for so many days and how miserable it was. Our veterans, went through swamps and monsoons for weeks in soaking wet boots and socks. I bet, their boots fell apart. That was just something I thought about when watching your video. Good boots are hard to find these days. Thanks, John

Thank you for the comment. It’s good to think on things like this from time to time. Makes you more thankful for those who went before us and paid a great price for our freedom. 👍👍👍

Nice six mth review. Couldn’t believe you had troubles with redwing boots only lasting that long. I go through a pr of those about every 4-5 yrs. On my feet in a oil shop 10-12 hr days never had a lick of problems

Thanks Dan. I loved Red Wings for years but their quality has gone downhill, at least on the ones I wore.

Nice review! I’m in the process of breaking in a pair of PNW boots, right now experiencing a lot of PAIN. Not rubbing pain but actual pain, like joint pain in my toes. But it is getting better. I’m hoping to get to the point where they are so well formed to my foot that they comfortable like sneakers. Hope that happens, not sure it will but I’m going to muscle through it.

Great review! I have the same boots just with the toe cap too. I have had the exact same experience with mine. They are without equal for sure. I also wore through every other big name boots in a year or less. You can see I'm my videos how I punish mine. I'm coming up on a year in them and they are better than day 1! I can't believe how much money I wasted on plastic crap boots at 200 a pair over the years. Nicks are not expensive they are a value. All these guys that say they can get years out of Redwings really get me, if that's true then they didn't need boots to start with. Nicks are for serious work not professional spectators. Thanks for your video!✌️

So I have sweaty feet. Got a Peet’s boot dryer. Amazing. Every morning my builder pros are dry AND warm. Especially nice on those cold morning. Definitely worth investing in. Only like $50 or something. Not too bad.

Did you get a low heel? I'm not sure i would ever want a medium or especially high heel. I have pretty flat feet and a low arch. And there are virtually no hills where i live.

I got a standard heel for the HNW last. Not sure If that is considered a “low heel “
