Hi I dance ballet I keep getting I am to overweight but when I lost a lot of weight I felt like my strength went down and I struggled to dance to. Do you have any tips for me? lots of love ❤️ love your vid btw❤
Make sure not to skip meals,Increase your protein intake.Do some strengthening exercises to regain muscle.Remember food is energy
