Josef Hanson idk...the 2018 senate race was super super close only by a few thousand votes and many Californians are moving here because of cheaper housing and lower taxes. As far as winners and losers I was put off by MJ Hegar's ads but after watching this debate in full - I'll vote for her and suggest others do so.
