That sword is from an old playmobil set. Comes with a matching Ruby shield. It was the only playmobil set I owned as a kid.
A rock island baseplate in the shape of a lava dragon and some dragon knights were included.

You missed on torso,head piece,head and legs from ninjago minifigure Lloyd ZX that could be worth around 10-20 dollars,Maybe i am wrong but i saw those in lot.

That curved sword actually came in the old 2007 Mega Bloks Pirates of the Caribbean sets. Although they’re rare today back then those curved swords came in every set and multiple handle colors.

Not from my experience. I've cleaned some minifigures in the past, and if you dry them properly and there isn't any water stuck in them, they should be fine.
