The woman's voice is so clear. Love it!
the guy's backup vocals are out of this world... he knows exactly how much to put into it.. any more of it will overpower teh lady's voice and teh song's spirit will be lost. Any less and it will be weak... The "amount" (i do not know the technical musical term for it) of vocals by him is exactly correct. And it is beautiful...
100% The way he pushes and pulls the notes, the dynamics and vibrato are perfect. Compliments her perfectly. Same with his playing. They've both done an amazing job. Harmonies as tight as this don't happen by accident. They're even swelling the notes at the same time and the diction is perfectly matched in all ways. Everly Brothers level matching.

The harmonies make this a unique performance against an otherwise millionth perfect clone cover of the original
Yet, I like the harmonies in the original better. It fits better than this. Because in this version it gives out a more negative emotion by going to the minor, which is a bit contradictory with the lyrics. Also I like the original strumming better as well. I do like her voice in this though, perfect and soothing to listen to.

So much to like about this. First the acoustic guitar playing is absolutely beautiful, the vocals are spot on and the harmony and chemistry between these two is absolutely brilliant. The way the mic's are positioned and the types of mics used so the sound is captured is just right, even the camera position with the running mates facing each other.
